— "I know that life is ever changing and to be the best I can be, I have to accept that change is good. Not one of us ever finishes what we are here for until we leave and so therefore why not make it the best life rather waste each day out of resentment, anger or grief. I have fought life so hard since Dean's diagnosis. I could not let go of the happiness I had and I did not want to accept the changes from losing a husband and daughter. But there was not foe to battle, and I have been spinning my wheels for years. I got tired of the fight and have made peace with all my choices in life so far and accepted that death is part of life. For me that was most the battle and now I can start to look forward to something new." — Anitra

— "Developing your capacity to feel discomfort—to overcome your resistance and stay with negative feelings—is one of the most important steps on a spiritual path. Your goal here is not to feel comfortable. The lesson is, paradoxically, to become comfortable with feeling discomfort. Meeting your emotions with openness, love, and compassion can often allow them to resolve on their own. Hold them lovingly, without a secret desire for them to leave, and they leave on their own. Tell them to leave, and they hide, only to return later like an unwanted houseguest or pesky sibling." ~~~ Patrick

— Awake energy is fresh, new, and present within us and within all of existence. When we are in contact with awake energy, we trust the goodness, wisdom, and spontaneity of our knowingness and beingness. We are aware that we interact with all of existence and are supported by a network of steady light and kindness through every experience, the ones we humanly term wonderful, and the ones we humanly term terrible. We also understand that as we thrive in insight and caring, we support all beings in their insight, caring, success, and victory on all levels. If our perceptions have carried fear, obstruction, limitation, or have encouraged us to believe in the illusion of separateness, we heal those perceptions. We live in the fullness of the present moment, in overflowing pure love, wisdom, strength, courage, and confidence. We trust the beneficence of life here and now, in our very bodies, hearts, minds, and lives — and in every moment and every time and place. We are in harmony with our own energy and so interact with the energy of other human beings with nonattachment and understanding, caring and good humor. We do not expect our satisfaction to come from other humans acting in any predetermined way because we are aware that satisfaction is within us always — and then naturally, the beauty and preciousness of all life will shine spontaneously in energy, consciousness, and openness, including through unprecedented kindness and gladness shared with other humans.

In 2014 he consecrated her as a Swami and asked her to carry on his lineage and the teaching of Kriya Yoga.
As Juniper Ellis, she is Professor of English at Loyola University, where she teaches American Literature and World Literature Written in English. She earned her PhD at Vanderbilt University. Her book Tattooing the World: Pacific Designs in Print and Skin was published by Columbia University Press. Her scholarly articles have appeared in respected journals in many English-speaking countries.

— We are amazing beings capable of operating on a level that goes far beyond our comprehension. Throughout the ages, ancient wisdom has understood this. There is no single answer to the quest for wisdom, rather a methodical process of removing everything that is untrue. Getting in alignment with the true nature of things is easier when false beliefs and contradictions are eliminated. In the case of health and wellness, this is especially true. Biologically, our bodies are self-healing. Keeping this simple fact in mind is crucial to achieving optimal health and wellbeing. Optimal performance requires eliminating anything that hinders it. We are greatly impacted by toxins - whether they're physical, mental, or emotional. Whenever we are under stress, we are incapable of functioning freely, which leads to a wide range of problems. Throughout history, crystals, light, and color have been used in various forms to influence us in positive ways. If used correctly, they can aid in relaxation, stress reduction, creating balance, and enhancing our abilities. They facilitate the work of our systems. The effect is similar to putting someone in a more supportive, encouraging environment. Whatever task they have to perform, they will do better. SolaraGem is a crystal fusion light system that facilitates healing, well-being, and wellness …. it's also affordable!
Valeria interviews Mike Broadwell — He is the creator of SolaraGem, a fusion of crystals, light, color and frequencies.

— Being grateful is synonymous with expressing our feelings for others and for ourselves. We can also feel a lot better about ourselves and our lives by simply speaking words of love and praise to others. In order to feel grateful, you must feel the right way, about the right things, and at the right time. Motivation and self-discipline are inextricably linked. Although it does not provide instant relief from pain or stress, it gives us the feeling of being in control again. Gratitude gives us control over our lives by acknowledging and appreciating our assets. By acknowledging and appreciating our assets, gratitude empowers us. In the words of Robin Sharma: "Gratitude drives happiness. Happiness boosts productivity. Productivity reveals mastery. And mastery inspires the world."
Valeria interviews Kia Ebadat — He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Life Coach, and CEO of Resilience Coaching and Counseling.Kia has 7 years of experience working with clients of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships issues, current life challenges, and has helped them overcome obstacles to reach their full potential.
Not everything was so simple for Kia growing up. After realizing soccer was not his passion anymore, Kia struggled with finding his purpose. In his 20s, Kia felt hopeless and had no direction in life. He dealt with the pressures of not meeting his family's expectations and compared himself to other family members who were doctors, lawyers, and very successful. This created a lot of insecurity, stress, and anxiety, which led him down a path of self-destructive patterns such as partying, using alcohol and drugs. Until one day he picked up a Tony Robbins book and realized that his struggles and challenges were gifts for him to lead him to a resilient life. Kia worked on changing his habits that created problems for himself, and began learning and becoming a student of life. With the help of gratitude, meditation, and coaching, Kia was able to connect with his passion and purpose. He became a licensed therapist where his life took off. He stopped comparing himself to others, created his own path in life, and followed his intuition.
Kia is very passionate about what makes individuals so motivated and have the ability to overcome anything that comes their way. He has read lots of books, and interviewed successful individuals in relationships, business, finance, and personal growth and has realized that your beliefs and your values create resilience and success in your life. If you BELIEVE you can do it, then anything is possible, sprinkle that with gratitude and great things will come your way. We all have resilience in us, we are capable of achieving anything we want and reaching our full potential."

— Embrace the life you're meant to live. The life you haven't lived yet is an amazing one. This is the one that has calling you your entire life. It's the one that sneaks into your dreams and demands your attention when you're least expecting it. The call is loud and clear. However, if you want to live the amazing, unlived life that's calling you, you must know that it won't simply 'happen'. It doesn't simply 'happen' or it would have already happened. You must choose it!

She uses her gifts to bring you the missing piece you've been looking for. That piece is deep within you. It's been trying to get your attention. Gina brings them to LIGHT & gives them a VOICE.
