A Table at the Tan-O: Conversations About the World of General Hospital

General Hospital is bringing the soapy goodness! The back of Drew's head made Nina very upset, and she can't be held responsible for the things she does when she's upset! Also, Jason is back. Back back. And maybe Britt doesn't have Huntington's Disease, but she does have a condition that requires her to slap people without warning. Fortunately, Jason is used to getting roughed up. Plus, there are kids all over the place, and very few actual role models. That Gio certainly has grown up to be a fine young man, though. And a pretty good lifeguard. What will Drew do now that he's been healed with a cold plunge? Put Willow in a wheelchair? What will Jack and Nina do? Also, Gia and Keisha are not happy the original Ethan has been replaced with someone who looks like Cody if he had a little plastic surgery, and where's the fake accent?

Things are humming along in Port Charles! Lulu is ready to hand Charlotte over to Valentin, Britt is back at GH, Willow knows Nina slept with Jack, Trina has a stalker, Portia let Curtis name the baby, Anna sees dead people, Carly has a flash drive, Maxie's family is moving to Australia--the list just goes on and on! Sad to see James go, but he can always come back, right? And maybe one day we'll see Maxie and Spinelli again. Also, it looks like Drew might be going for a swim!

The Brown Dog is the place to be. Jack and Nina get close, but then Nina runs scared. Will they be able to resist each other? And is Ethan interested in Ava? Is she interested in him? Sonny wants to break up Carly and Valentin. Will he succeed? Willow would like Chase and Brook Lynn to break up. Is Chase wising up? And what's up with the new Scout? What could possibly go wrong when she and Drew drop in at the Quartermaine mansion? Let's hope she's a strong swimmer. And be careful, Laura and Ezra! That Sidwell likes to kill people!

Well, Anna sure is grumpy. She hates Cassius, and she's being mean to Britt! Plus, Jason is back, but he's in a bit of a funk himself. Maybe he and Danny will go to Dollywood, and he'll forget his troubles. Maybe Britt, and Liesl, and James should go to Dollywood too. Or Jason and Danny could go to Nixon Falls, buy The Tan-O and restore it. Wouldn't that be the best? Also, Portia was in labor for the length of a commercial break, so that was nice for her. Will she and Jordan be friends now? Anyone else hoping Portia will name the baby Isaiah? Meanwhile, Trina is celebrating, and Kai is learning more about Drew, who also seems grumpy.

Britt is free, but having trouble adjusting to life on the outside. And also not dying. Anna is also struggling, but at least knows Liesl is not a very good artist. And Valentin is back in her orbit, which may or may not be a good thing. Meanwhile Brook Lynn spilled some of the beans to Chase, but left out some very important beans. Also, the kids are not quite all right, but Danny is much better now that his father is home!!! Welcome back, Jason!!!

Anna is back in Port Charles! And she's brought a Peter-shaped ghost with her. Where is Kevin when you need him? Someone needs to look after Anna. Maybe Joss? Dante? Also, why does Sidwell get to have visitors? And boy does it look like Brook Lynn's plan is not working. But you know what is working? Valentin and Carly. And Elizabeth is working on trying to figure out what is going on at Willow's house. She's more than just the best nurse in Port Charles. She's also a sleuth. Will she figure out the syringe situation? Stay safe, Elizabeth! Also good to have Martin back, but not sure he should be representing Curtis. And do we care if Sonny and Justine keep seeing each other or not? Not really? Anyway, some worlds are going to crumble. Buckle up!

Lots going on in Port Charles! Oh sure, things have slowed down a little bit, mostly because people are in hospital beds or jail cells, but still plenty to talk about. Joss is doing some excellent hospital bed acting, and Z is tremendous. They've struck a deal that benefits, well, mostly Carly. Meanwhile, Britt is in her own unique hell. It's never easy to learn you don't have a deadly disease. This news is also a blow to poor Lucas. On the positive side, Ethan is feeling better, and Ava seems happy about that. Jack is also recovering, and Nina is doing everything she can to help, mostly by smoothing out his hospital nightie and adjusting his feet. And Carly has had a tough couple of days, but Valentin is back, moustache intact!! Plus, Cassius is alive, which is great, but Liesl, Nina, and Britt think he's dead, and that is very sad. Still, General Hospital continues to impress on all fronts! Kudos to John Oliver for fitting right in!

All kinds of excitement in Port Charles this week! Like, serious excitement. From Joe getting clocked by Nathan/Cassius, to Sidwell escaping, to Ethan getting shot and treated by Nurse Ava, to Jack getting knocked out by Cullum and revived by Nurse Nina, to, well, you get the idea. Lots of bullets flying through the air, lots of new relationships beginning to form, and some heartache too. Will Joss and Nathan/Cassius be okay? Is Anna ready to go home? Is Peter going to be haunting her all the time? And will Valentin be allowed to return to Port Charles? Can John Oliver become a permanent cast member? Great stuff, General Hospital!

What a busy couple of days in Port Charles and beyond! Looks like Rocco, Lulu, and Dante are on the run, but Britt is going to jail? That's not very nice. And Curtis should be going to jail for being a jerk, but that's probably not going to happen. Willow might be in a bit of trouble thanks to Brick. And it's starting to look like Brook Lynn's marriage is in trouble because Chase just can't quit Willow. Meanwhile, Sidwell might escape the cops yet again? What does this mean for Nathan, who is going to be called Cassius (and a lot of other things) now? And Anna! Wow. Anna is really delivering. Let's hope she can return to Port Charles soon, because she was sorely missed. Also, Charlotte is very disappointed in Nina, but Danny has redeemed himself.

Gia is back! And so is Anna! So much to talk about. Now, is Anna getting better, or is she just getting better at pretending she's getting better? And how does Trina keep getting worse? Also, what the hell is Lucy doing? So disappointing. The jury is still out on Chase. Now Justine and Joe think he's a loser.  Meanwhile, are Lulu, Dante, Britt, and Rocco a family now? Will Charlotte and Danny sort things out? Great to see Carly and Lucas teaming up. Also fun to see Sidwell hanging out with Drew. Plus, Cullum is just itching to kill someone. Be careful out there, people!
