Fredericton Kill Chicago's Greg Webber is pretty passionate about getting kids playing music. And it seems he's met his match in Chuck Teed of Saint John. Both are music teachers and heavily into their respective local music scenes. They now hatched a plan to find a places for high school aged bands to play in both cities - with a first exchange of sorts taking place this weekend.
