This week, on the podcast we are discussing how to navigate healing. So often when starting your healing journey in therapy you may be tempted to ask questions like, “Why is therapy taking so long?” or “I don’t feel like I am making any progress. Why isn’t it working yet?”, and the simple answer is it takes time. Healing is a journey, it's not a destination. We are continuously working on ourselves, learning our triggers, unlearning old habits, unpacking our big and little traumas and there is no time limit on that. It takes time to outgrown how far you've come, but you have to trust the process along the way. In this episode we are going to give you tools and tips to help you while you are on that journey. We want to normalize the importance of showing up, being patient with yourself, why it is so important to celebrate your wins along the way, and so much more! This is a good one, so sit back and vibe with us.
This week, on the podcast we are exploring all things motherhood. We are constantly evolving, our kids are evolving and we are all doing our absolute best. In this episode we get transparent about our journeys into motherhood, the highs, the lows and the aha moments we have had along the way. Let's face it there are no right or wrong answers, we are all out here just winging it and trying to raise amazing human beings, but that journey sometimes feels overwhelming. We want to normalize the fact that every age and stage motherhood looks different for everyone, understand that everyone does not always enjoy motherhood and sometimes you miss being free. None of those things make you a "bad mom", in fact we hope this episode shows you that you are not alone. We will share tips to help moms through depression, take the pressure off of you needing to be perfect and speak to the different phases of motherhood that we are all bound to go through or are currently going through. So as always kick back, enjoy the ride, and come vibe with us.
