Selling a house is hard.  This becomes exponentially more true the more expensive the house.  Aaron regularly sells houses worth tens of millions, so he can tell you.  And he did, by making a show called Listing Impossible on CNBC.  None of us will probably ever live in houses that expensive, but that doesn't mean the ones we do live in aren't a lot of work.  Have you ever counted 268 light bulbs?  I thought not.
