Mark Cuban has had to fire people left and right. Now Cuban is being sued for retaliation in the firing of Donnie Nelson. The accusations stem from what Nelson says was his firing due to whistle blowing that his nephew was sexually assaulted by a member of the Mavericks front office. Whoa boy.
