Things that so many of us are navigating right now. And the key word IS “Navigate.”

But here are some tips to navigating amid the fog…

“Don’t give everything away. There’s power in not sharing everything!”

“Get in touch with the edges of your container [your self] and make sure that your’e not being drawn in to stuff that isn’t you.”

Great advice indeed!
