He'd been treated by Dr Andrea Boros-Lavack for chronic schizophrenia, until early 2020.

In delivering her findings, New South Wales Coroner Teresa O'Sullivan says the doctor failed to act on early warning signs that he'd been having a relapse.

The incident happened two months after another man - Thomas Crooks - shot Mr Trump at a rally, hitting his ear.
