In this episode of aBlogtoWatch Weekly, Rick, Ariel, and David sit down to field some questions from the aBlogtoWatch community and discuss their thoughts on the latest new releases from the world of watches. Additionally, there have been a number of new releases this week, and the aBlogtoWatch crew offers their initial thoughts on everything from automotive-inspired collaboration pieces like the Michelin x Bamford and Girard-Perregaux x Aston Martin F1 models to whether the Ulysse Nardin Diver X Skeleton or the Ressence Type 5 AIT is the better high-tech black and yellow dive watch.

This week’s mystery guest is Yohann Martinez, the Director of Art In Time in Monaco, who briefly stops by the show to talk about the new Ressence Type 5 AIT watch that was created in collaboration with Monaco’s famous watchmaking gallery. While all eleven of the publicly available examples have already been claimed, Yohann reveals how the final one will be sold for charity and why you aren’t likely to take it home unless you are already a supporter of the Foundation Prince Albert II de Monaco.
