Today's Supreme Court decision is problematic, not for opponents of Obamacare but for lovers of the Constitution. But its nothing compared to the decision now surely to come down tomorrow or Monday on same-sex marriage. Not for lovers of defining marriage as being exclusively between a man and a woman, but again, for lovers of the Constitution.

The Founders created three branches of government, with the PEOPLE'S HOUSE (connomly known as Congress) being potentiall the most powerful despite the phrasing "separate but equal) for a specific reason. They foresaw the corruption and abuse of power inherent within the system they were creating.

This President, having long since crossed the line of Executive powers, is this week being followed by the Supreme Court crossing the line of its Judicial powers... to itself legislate rathen than adjudicate.

The tragedy in Charleston last week has spawned, along with extraordinary outpourings of compassion and forgivenss, discussions regarding the propriety of the Confederate flag still flying in the South.

What does the flag stand for? Are these concepts that are in opposition to a goal of antional unity? If one flag is acceptable to some people why is a different flag deemed unacceptable? Does free speech mean the right to "say" and express even words and concepts that are deemed offensive?

Is patriotism, and the denegration of anyone who refuses to participate in its expression, just another aspect of thought control or are there symbols that are so antithetical to who we are as a people that they shoud be banned.

Gun control advocates, the media and the President are quick to try and use the tragic event in Charleston, South Carolina as a flash point to bring the issue of gun control to the forefront once more. And the President was also using code when, in his statement, he said that "once again communities such as this one" have suffered these killings.

Al Sharpton was on a plane for Charleston faster than you can say "black lives matter" but for what purpose? To turn it into another Baltimore or Ferguson most likely. After all, he and the other purveoyrs of racial divide live for such moments.

Let's talk about psychosis, breaks from reality, overmedication, evil and the other factors that lead such murderers to act. Let's talk about who will have guns if they become illegal?

The online blog Gawker has been in a war of words (Jesus's words to be exact) for the past week. A blogger named Jennifer Martin from the website Gawker has attacked Matt Walsh, a blogger from The Blaze, over his post on Bruce/Caitlin Jenner and transgenderism in general.

Its been a nasty exchange but there are real and important issues that this "debate" brings up and we're here to talk about them tonight.

What was Gawker's real motive? Did Matt Walsh express anything that millions of people wern't thinking? Does it do more harm than good to distort truth to make a point or make attacks personal?

You must call Bruce Jenner "Caitlin...You must call ISIS a "non-Muslim" organization...You MUST see a "war on women"...You must think Lena Dunham is a "voice for women's rights"...you must believe that "all police are racist"...you must...you must...or else!

How did we get here and where, exactly, is "here?" More importantly, where are we headed if we don't begin to think for ourselved and prioritize those things that really matter. Where will we be if we look evil in the face and refuse to call it what it is?
