Today's Supreme Court decision is problematic, not for opponents of Obamacare but for lovers of the Constitution. But its nothing compared to the decision now surely to come down tomorrow or Monday on same-sex marriage. Not for lovers of defining marriage as being exclusively between a man and a woman, but again, for lovers of the Constitution.
The Founders created three branches of government, with the PEOPLE'S HOUSE (connomly known as Congress) being potentiall the most powerful despite the phrasing "separate but equal) for a specific reason. They foresaw the corruption and abuse of power inherent within the system they were creating.
This President, having long since crossed the line of Executive powers, is this week being followed by the Supreme Court crossing the line of its Judicial powers... to itself legislate rathen than adjudicate.
