Mark Burnett
Tested natural supplement for Parkinson's Alzheimer's and Dementia. Japanese led to the discovery of a natural cure. My American ingenuity invented the way to make it pure & My Brain Restore was born
Mark Burnett is the president of APDI, which stands for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Dementia Impaired. He learned about all these neurological conditions being cured through experiments at a Japanese university. He started taking the supplements the mice took and went from advanced stage Parkinson's to level one and eliminated his Alzheimer's. After six months of personal testing and consulting with his neurologist, who gave the thumbs up, he started his own supplement company to provide exactly what he took, so that others could experience the same results. He has people using his nutraceutical from around the United States, including doctors who order it for themselves. He's undergoing advanced medical tests to prove his position and demonstrate how the product works, in addition to the fact that 100% of the mice were all cured. He has contributed to the Alzheimer's Association and the Michael J. Fox Foundation in addition to running in their marathons, something he could not do before taking the nutraceutical he made available to the public, which is available at his website, mybrainrestore.com, but also available on Amazon and soon to be on Walmart's marketplace. Mark Burnett got his Parkinson's from being born on Camp Lejeune, which was contaminated with TCE in the water system. Camp Lejeune has a 70% higher rate of Parkinson's than any other base the government has tested. The use of dry cleaning fluid by dry cleaners has a 500% higher rate of Parkinson's. Mark Burnett has two conditions, both Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, but has been able to beat them back, not with drugs from drug companies with severe side effects, but from a natural ingredient that had to be made in a very unique way, which he calls the Ultra Chill Milled, which is trademarked. In addition, this product can be used as a preventive measure for those with a genetic background of neurological diseases, and can also be used by individuals who experience brain fog or want to have a sharper memory. Don't forget those gamers who wouldn't mind a memory edge at 20% improvement. Even in the mouse studies, the normal mice's memory improved by 20%. Mark tested all this on himself for six months before running in the Michael J. Fox marathon in Washington, D.C., and getting a medal at the end. It's extremely rare to have someone start a supplement company that actually benefits the diseases it addresses. Still, he waited six months to see if it worked before making it available to the public. And now we have him here on our podcast to answer everyone's questions and to see for yourself how focused he is, for someone who has these two neurological diseases, how it's changed his life and may change the lives of many other people. Keeping in mind, the FDA doesn't allow us to say that. However, the medical tests and the improvements don't lie, especially with diseases that have no cure. But now there may be more than hope, but a simplistic solution. As one person put it, if you could get people 10% better, they'd be happy, but he won't stop until he's 100% better. His tenacity and refinements to the Quality of his supplement for the people that purchase it are the same because he takes it himself, the same thing everyone else gets. That doesn't happen in the supplement industry. Mr. Burnett has also written a book about his journey in addition to posting on his own website for people to follow the updates he has a powerful FAQ section for the public and also healthcare providers to understand the science so whether you're someone with neurological condition or a caregiver or just someone that wants to improve their memory, this is an exciting show where you can ask the person who actually invented a supplement. He takes on as m ...

CHAI ON LIFE: UNPACKING EVERYDAY WISDOM: STORIES OF VULNERABILITY, STRENGTH, AND THE HUMAN HEART:"Chai":a mystical word in Hebrew pronounced 'high,' making this book HIGH ON LIFE with a Jewish twist!
Lorie Kleiner Eckert loves words – the printed word, the spoken word, and even the quilted word.
THE PRINTED WORD: Lorie has five books in print plus she writes two blogs. In all of her written work she shares the stories of her life hoping others will find inspiration for their own lives.
Chai on Life is Lorie's newest book. To understand the name, think "High on Life" with a Jewish slant! The book is available for pre-order on Amazon and will be released 4/1/25. It is a compilation of 36 of Lorie's slice-of-life stories. Each story has a one line lesson as a takeaway, and each lesson comes with an illustration. The book contains 40 full-color images.
Love, Loss, and Moving On is part memoir, part unauthorized biography of the handsome British actor, Bill Nighy, and part flight of fancy. In the book Lorie uses her crush on the actor as a crutch to get over the loss of her significant other. (RoseWK Publishing ©2019.)
I Need a Man's Pants to Wash – For three years Lorie wrote a weekly slice of life column that she syndicated to two dozen Jewish newspapers throughout the United States. This book is a compilation of the first 52 columns. (Pelican Publishing Company ©2002.)
Get Quiet and Listen is based on the concept of a picture and a thousand words. In this book, the reader gets 12 essays averaging 1000 words. Each essay is illustrated by one of Lorie's quilts and each of the quilts has words and symbols pieced into the design. (Pelican Publishing Company ©1997.)
With This Ring I Journey, is an "adult picture book" that is 32 pages long including 13 pages of photography depicting Lorie's quilts with words and symbols pieced into the design. (Pelican Publishing Company ©1995.)
THE SPOKEN WORD: Beyond writing, Lorie has shared her story-telling skills as a motivational speaker during the years 1994-2004. Her programs had a Show 'N Tell format that combined her inspirational words with a trunk showing of her quilts as she addressed such topics as the Journey Toward Self-Acceptance and Love, and Having the Courage to Say YES to Life. In ten years of public speaking she addressed more than 250 groups – and over 22,000 people – in 11 states. Her audiences included every sort of organization from PTAs to Procter & Gamble.
THE QUILTED WORD: Lorie also showcases words in unique quilts of her own design. In her latest creative endeavor her fiber artwork is now available as giftware in her Etsy shop.

Undoing the Survival Mode Trap: Burnout, Boundaries & Brave Living. For those who are capable but exhausted—let's talk about the cost of saying yes, and how to finally listen to yourself without guilt.
Years of giving, fixing, and striving taught me what burnout really costs — not just energy, but connection to yourself. Through loss, illness, and rebuilding life from the ground up, I came to understand how deeply our survival patterns run — and how possible it is to change them.
That insight shaped my work as a mindset and personal development coach. I help people who've spent their lives being "the strong one," "the dependable one," or the one who quietly keeps everything together — whether they're trying to avoid burnout or have ignored themselves for so long they're already in it. Together, we uncover the patterns that keep them stuck and create practical ways to pause, set boundaries, and choose themselves without guilt.
With over 30 years in education, trauma-informed coaching, and human-behaviour training, I translate complex emotional dynamics into simple, everyday tools that bring calm, clarity, and confidence back into people's lives.
My approach blends lived experience with grounded methods. Inviting audiences to see themselves differently, to stop rescuing, and to start listening inwardly.
For leaders and teams, I also reveal how people-pleasing quietly undermines communication, performance, and retention. Shifting these patterns isn't soft rather it's strategic.

Genevieve Skory
Transformational Speaker and Business Systems Coach
Thanks to the advances in technology, social media, new marketing platforms, and the broad acceptance of the side hustle culture, thousands of frustrated people look to entrepreneurship and personal development as a source of hope to improve their finances and stability. And while it is true that what one person can do, so can another, tales of success and wealth very often do not include a proper set-up for long-term success.
I believe in the immense value of having more control over your career, finances, and work, and I additionally believe it's worth learning. There are, indeed, best practices to be shared through Resilience Mapping as a foundation for long-term and emotionally rewarding work.
Many entrepreneurs start with a spark of excitement and inspiration, but the journey is often fraught with challenges. Sleepless nights, endless tasks, and the fear of failure can overshadow the initial hope and lead to frustration. The underlying problem here is not just the external pressures but the lack of understanding of the mental game that must be mastered along the way.
This is where I come in. As a resilience coach, I specialize in helping entrepreneurs navigate the highs and lows of their journeys by mapping out personalized strategies for emotional and mental resilience. Resilience Mapping is a structured yet flexible approach that helps you identify your triggers, strengths, and growth areas. It provides the tools and mindset shifts necessary to not just survive but thrive in the face of challenges.
I understand the struggle because I've been there. I've faced the frustration of unmet goals and the temptation to give up. But I've also experienced the transformative power of resilience. It's not about avoiding failure; it's about using it as a stepping stone. By equipping yourself with the right mental tools and strategies, you can stay aligned with your vision and build a business that not only succeeds but also fulfills you on a deeper level.
Entrepreneurship is a journey, and every journey needs a guide. If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and start building a foundation for long-term success, Resilience Mapping can be your roadmap. You can get help turning your frustration into focus, setbacks into stepping stones, and hope into lasting achievement.

Growing Top Performing Sales People One Step at a Time!
Starting a business can be scary, but greed and survival prompted me to get out there and start making money at a very young age.
Growing up in a lower middle class family can be challenging, but when my family's resources were split in half because my parents got divorced, it was even tougher.
But I had dreams of buying a Lamborghini Countach 5000 and traveling the whole world.....
So I went to the local grocery store (Butera Finer Foods in Downers Grove, Illinois) and applied for a job in the produce section. The hiring manager asked me, "Can I ask how old you are?" and I replied "I'm 14."
She apologized and informed me that she couldn't hire me until I was 16 under workplace laws. So instead of complaining, I figured out a way to start a business cleaning houses in the 'rich' part of town.
I printed out a bunch of flyers at the local library that had a dot matrix printer and I rode my bike then hung the offer to clean their gigantic house for $50. It worked and soon I was off to the races.
I've achieved incredible success AND failed miserably. The funny part is that all the most important lessons I learned in building businesses came from the miserable failure!
I've built and scaled 5 of my own businesses and today, I work closely with small business owners helping them achieve their dreams through sales training, leadership training and executive coaching.
