  • Abstract Essay in its Fifth season, featuring Pascal Mbo'a an international coach and creator of the Visionary Mastery™ Method as my guest.

    Pascal Mbo'A

I'm Mbo'a Pascal, a wiring and communication strategist who helps leaders and partners turn their personality patterns into a growth engine.

My journey began years ago in Dubai when I noticed repeating patterns between myself, my father, and my grandfather in how we handled money, people, and situations. That discovery pushed me to zoom out and study society more broadly—where I began to recognize behavioral patterns that cut across cultures and races.

For the past 8 years, I've coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers worldwide to master their triggers, translate their communication, and bounce back faster from emotional challenges.

What I bring to podcasts is a mix of science-backed tools, bold insights, and real-life stories that connect with any audience. Whether it's leadership, relationships, or personal growth, I simplify the science of wiring and behavior so listeners leave with frameworks they can apply the same day.

If your audience wants to learn how to scale results without burning out—or build healthier relationships by design, not accident—I'd be honored to join your show.

  • Abstract Essay in its Fifth season, featuring Nancy Napier a Distinguished Professor Emerita at Boise State University (USA), and a former Adjunct Professor at Aalborg University (Denmark), as my guest.

The Art of Lies: Dilemma, Betrayal, and Vietnamese Art Forgeries. What if the Biggest Fraud was Your Family Legacy?

What happens when an ambitious museum employee from Vietnam discovers art crime that affects her family and country? Thuy, a proud 39-year-old aspiring museum curator in Hanoi, Vietnam, loses a long-sought-after job but then gets the chance to mount a major visiting exhibit at her museum, which could boost her career. The exhibit will showcase paintings "returning home" to Vietnam. A collector in France has offered to loan Vietnamese artists' paintings that have been outside the country for years. Several paintings are by her famous great-uncle, whose reputation has been critical for the family legacy for decades. But, right before the exhibit opens, she's faced with the possibility that some of the paintings are fake. She must find out if they are, why they are, and who's behind the scam.

Her father insists she tell no one, not even the museum's director and curator. She fears that opening with forged paintings could ruin her reputation, along with the artists', the museum, and the country. She approaches the collector, who claims he had no idea and insists she open the exhibit.

  • (Bonus Episode) Book 101 Review, in its fifth season, features Matthew Strunk a serial entrepreneur with multiple business exits and the founder of illumiShift as my guest.

    Matthew Strunk

Built and sold companies, yet still felt lost after doing everything "right." Now I guide people to The Hidden Path™, freedom and purpose on their own terms.

I've built and sold multiple companies, including a digital marketing agency and a SaaS platform, but what I discovered after those exits is what makes my story valuable for your audience: success alone doesn't guarantee fulfillment.

Like so many entrepreneurs and professionals, I did everything "right." I built the businesses, hit the milestones, made the money: only to realize I felt stuck, bored, and disconnected. That experience taught me the dirty secret most people don't talk about: the game of success, as the world defines it, can actually trap you.

Today, I'm the founder of illumiShift, where I guide people through The Hidden Path™, a structured system to help them detox from noise, uncover their truth, and realign life on their own terms. Along the way, I share signature concepts like The Purpose Paradox (why chasing success without purpose leads to emptiness) and Fear as Fuel (how to transform fear into momentum).

For your audience, this conversation isn't just about my story, it's about their story:

    - Why "having it all" often still feels empty.

    - How to recognize if they're chasing society's version of success instead of their own.

    - Practical tools for cutting through the noise and getting clarity on what actually matters.

    - How to break free from burnout, boredom, and finally start getting real traction in life.

If your listeners have ever thought, "I've done everything right, but I still feel stuck," I can help them see they're not broken, they're just ready for a new path.

    Alyssa Sharp

    Future Self Coach

I spent years climbing the corporate ladder as a six-figure project manager, checking all the boxes of "success" — but behind the promotions and full calendar, I was exhausted, unfulfilled, and questioning if this was really all there was.

That's when I discovered Future Self Psychology and used it to completely shift my identity, my choices, and ultimately, my life. I left corporate, built a freedom-based business, and now coach other ambitious women who want to break out of burnout and design a business and lifestyle that actually feels aligned.

On your show, I can share both the raw side of leaving behind a "safe" career and the practical strategies of stepping into your future self now — including clarity exercises, mindset shifts, and the exact path I teach clients to replace their 9–5 income.

Your listeners will walk away with a blend of inspiration and actionable steps to see themselves differently, believe bigger, and move toward their own version of freedom.
