The New Brunswick Health Council released its latest survey on Primary Health. It asked more than 14,000 people about access to a family doctor. CEO Stephane Robichaud said the results were not exactly surprising but point to problems with access to primary care. For example, an estimated 47,000 New Brunswickers who have a family doctor still use the Emergency Room regularly for care.
