Today Bryce and Katie will be talking about some important steps in helping your child navigate anxiety as well as how to manage it when it comes up and tools you can use to help prevent anxiety. There are some simple tricks that both kids and grown-ups can use to help our brains more quickly navigate anxiety. When anxiety pops up, it is hard to slow down but that is exactly what we need both as adults and as kids.
