Yesterday I had an amazing experience with a mentor of mine, and I wanted to share it with you. I was so nervous and intimidated by this person that I almost called it off, and what was on the other side of me pushing through my fear was so good that I felt compelled to share it with you. Just a little real life quickie about overcoming your fear, pushing through, and seeing and savoring the beauty of what's on the other side. Enjoy!

This is one I recorded this week now that all the college stuff is really amping up. I know I'm starting to feel a little bit of panic set in that we only have a few weeks left before the seniors graduate from high school. Even though I've already been through this once, it doesn't get any easier. Luckily over the last three years I've put together some tools and good nuggets I've learned from all my village of buddies on how to get through this transition without completely losing it. So, this is for all you mama's who have babies about to graduate soon. Or even with any age kids who are moving on. My youngest is going to graduate from middle and school and starting high school in the fall. So lots of change all over the place! This can be a scary time, but also so many fun things to look forward to. Just trying to stay in the present and soak up all the hugs and good times possible.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

FAVORITE THING 1:  Amazon dupe for Lulu Lemon align leggings

FAVORITE THING 2: King Richard the movie

FAVORITE THING 3: Xysal allergy medicine and then go walk outside in nature!

It's time to get down to the nitty gritty. How do I simplify my life? I've spent years slowly cultivating tons of tiny tricks and tips to help you get your time back by putting into place lots of systems and delegations. Plus I've been a mama for 20+ years so I've learned so much from all my besties and mom friends, who are all completely brilliant. Y'all, it totally takes a tribe, and I am so thankful for mine (you all know who you are!)

This episode was so chock-full of stuff that I had to make it into two parts. So here is part one. None of these recommendations are ads, even though I am completely open to any of these wonderful things becoming one of my affiliates! So, relax and listen to all the ways you make tiny steps to make your life run more smoothly and simply. Enjoy!

Hey gorgeous people! Can you imagine doing something (as uncomfortable as it may be) that could wake you up, increase circulation, reduce muscle soreness, boost weight loss, burn fat, increase happiness, combat inflammation and arthritis, promote lymphatic drainage, and regulate your anxiety, mood, and basically give you an instant attitude adjustment?  Wouldn't you want to try that? Well, you're in luck because you can do something, and guess what? It's free. All you need is a shower and four minutes of time. It's called a cold shower.

So many people ask me about how to do a cold shower or cold plunge since it's such a huge part of my life for the last few years. Well, here you go. Enjoy!
