Born and raised in Culver City, Arash is an expert in elite human performance, movement science, and martial arts. He graduated from A.T. Still University with a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, emphasis in Orthopedic Corrective Exercise and Movement Assessment. He is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Judo and pursuing a black belt in Jiu Jitsu. In over 15 years of martial arts experience, he’s competed at the highest levels of judo and sambo, representing the United States of America in elite international competition.
