Known for his "Top Gun Offense," Joe introduced us to his latest creation, the "Six Back Offense," inspired by Michael Lombardi's insights, which strategically utilizes all eligibles in the offense as ball carriers, insert blockers, or RPO attachments. The key to this concept is making subtle adjustments to existing plays while involving various players in different roles to outsmart defenses without completely reinventing offensive strategies.
