Instead of bringing people together regardless of social status, age, belief, or skin color, it is slowly becoming a cuss word used to demean and hurt. HR/DEI practitioner Natalie Norfus utilizes her years of problem-solving experience to address this pushback that currently hurts growth, accessibility, and opportunity in every workplace.
