With it being another monstrous wave in the coronavirus and the stress of the elections it can be easy to lose sight of the positive things we have in life.  

In this episode, I will discuss what I am doing to help manage my stress, anxiety, and anxiety-induced ADHD. Yes, this is a real thing. 

I will be reminding all of us how important it is to stay positive during these crazy and anxious times. 

Whether it is a job, the virus, the election, or just trying something new and need some new techniques this episode will be a good reminder of what we can all do to help stay above water if we feel that we are sinking. 

It is possible to master and harness this disorder. Just keep patient and positive. 

In this episode, I am reminding my listeners to Stay positive while growing with this disorder and keep in mind that comparing ourselves to everyone else can and will make us feel inadequate.

I also discuss free time and unwind in your free time because during this stressful time it is also important to allow free thought and space to be creative and relax. Let the free thought movement happen. Cheers

I wanted to give my listeners a chance to hear from an objective point of view on the struggles of working with ADHD because it is not just the diagnosed who have to work with the ADHD system, our family and friends may be affected as well and if we aren't having conversations growth cannot happen. 

In this episode, we will dive into some of the stressors, frustrations, and insights as well as touching on the benefits and benefits of this Disorder.

Conversations around ADHD and the real frustrations that sometimes are left unsaid can be hard and difficult and can tend to be avoided so I hope this helps you start your dialogue.
