Adventus is a public company focused on copper-gold exploration and development in Ecuador. Adventus also owns a portfolio of exploration projects and equity investments in Ireland and Canada that are funded by commercial partners.

Adventus chose to go to Ecuador three years ago as they were excited about the geological potential of the country and believe that it is the best place to look for copper in the world. The company has a platform of Copper-Gold projects including their most economic Copper development project, the El Domo deposit which is advancing towards production. 

The Curipamba Project is a volcanic massive sulphide (VMS) district. VMS deposits tend to occur in clusters and Adventus has discovered 15 new targets in the district through their airborne geophysics programme. The feasibility study for the development of the high grade copper-gold El Domo VMS is expected in the fourth quarter of 2021. The main focus for the company is to get construction started at El Domo by October 2022.

Adventus has a local Ecuadorian partner in Salazar Resources which is committed to the advancement of the Curipamba - El Domo project. In addition, Adventus and Salazar are partners in a country-wide Exploration Alliance which targets new discoveries and greenfield projects - two projects (Pijili and Santiago) in southern Ecuador have been incorporated in the Exploration Alliance to date, where exploration drilling started in 2020.

The company raised $38M last August, the bulk of which was destined for El Domo. They have enough money for this year and the aim is to get the El Domo project into production as soon as possible to provide the necessary cash flow for further exploration going forward.
