Today I am honored to have as my guest Sebastian Soul.  Sebastian is the creator of the podcast, 'Affirmation to Manifestation.  Sebastian was born with a congenital heart defect.  He endured difficult and painful surgeries as a baby, and the scars the surgeries left made him feel uncomfortable and socially awkward.  He struggled as a young man to find himself.
