The Company’s principal asset is a mining license located in Mali, West Africa, namely the Kobada Project. The Kobada Project is a gold exploration project with the potential to produce more than 50,000 ounces of gold per annum. The Company’s other project is the Madougou Gold Project in Burkina Faso. The Madougou Gold Project is a mid-stage exploration project, located in the north-western region of Burkina Faso.
