TCM has been around for thousands of years but still is not accepted as a science-based approach to healing. Dr. Beth guides us on a journey that unravels the mysteries associated with TCM and it's offerings, such as acupuncture, cupping, nutrition and Ayurveda. We talk about how TCM is used during menopause and how this ancient approach to health is able to help balance hormones, mitigate hot flashes and insomnia, as well as support hair growth.
