**About Our Guest**
Chris Baggott is the founder of Tyner Pond Farm in central Indiana, a regenerative farm dedicated to restoring healthy soil and producing better food through pasture-based livestock management.
Prior to farming, Chris built successful software companies, including ExactTarget, which was acquired by Salesforce. Today he combines that entrepreneurial experience with regenerative agriculture, raising 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pasture-raised chicken, and eggs using managed grazing and rotational systems.
Chris is also developing FarmersMarket.com, a national marketplace connecting consumers directly with identifiable farmers instead of anonymous commodity products. His mission is to strengthen local food systems by improving transparency, trust, and direct relationships between producers and consumers.
