The company's IPO has drawn orders for more than 20 times the number of shares available, and is expected to price on May 13.

-Catarina Saraiva, Bloomberg News Federal Reserve Reporter, discusses the Bloomberg Big Take story: “Powell Exits With Legacy Built on Central Bank Independence.” Jerome Powell's term as Federal Reserve Chair ends on May 15. He will, however, remain a member of the Board of Governors until January 31, 2028, much to the chagrin of President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly called for lower interest rates and sought to remove Powell over the Fed's monetary policy stance.
