  • Ep. 030 A Guide to find your Passion
“If you feel like there’s something out there that you’re supposed to be doing, if you have a passion for it, then stop wishing and just do it.” —Wanda Sykes

A person on average spends 14 years
at work which equals to around 123,000 hours. How important is it to do what
you truly love? It’s significantly important to do something that excites you
from within, that gives you the purpose and the meaning, to do something that
you never get tired of. It’s very important to do what you love. Unfortunately,
millions of people don’t enjoy their jobs, don’t like what they are doing,
don’t know how to make a change, are afraid of change, don’t know what their
true passion is and how to find it either and this is exactly what I would like
    to cover in this episode.

One of my favourite authors Mirzakarim
Norbekov describes the true passion as the following: “If there is something
that can you do like a crazy person, something that you can be unstoppable in,
something where you are absolutely not normal is where the true passion lays.”
I couldn’t agree more with this, because tremendous results cannot be achieved
through an average work. Legendary achievements are born throughout an abnormal
work by abnormal people. Thus, is there something that you can do where you would
love to spend most of your day? Something where you are not normal?

In this episode, I will challenge
you with very simply yet confronting questions that will help you to discover
your passion. I will help you to be 1:1 with yourself, share with you life
stories and examples and guide you to find the ways to start following your
    dreams.

    In this Episode, you will:

Learn about what true passion is and how to discover
this within yourself Learn how to translate your honest answers into
actionable results Listen to life examples and stories Realise the importance of doing what you love Be challenged, motivated and inspired to do what you
love Be reminded that if you truly want something, you can
    achieve it

  • Ep. 028 Achieve goals through commitment
“Most people fail not because of a lack of desire but because of a lack of commitment,” - Vince Lombardi

I believe that success as a definition for
everyone is different and defined on a personal level. For some people success
might be having good grades, for others it can be going up the career ladder
and for some other people it can be harmony within the family. Thus, the
definition itself of this life factor is set by each individual. However, one
of the key success factors that helps you to grow further and achieve your
    goals is commitment.

    Committing to something whether it’s
activities, sport, relationship, action list, work, career or anything else means
that you deliver on what you promise no matter what. If you want to achieve
your goal, turn your life around, build something amazing, you should be
committed and deliver on what you promise to yourself and those around.

In this episode, you will have
answers for the key questions such as what commitment is, how to use commitment
in actions, how to develop commitment and how commitment impacts persona, character
    and life overall.

    In this Episode, you will:

Learn about commitment as one of the key success
factors Get answers to the key questions about commitment and
how to use it Listen to different life stories Realise the importance of commitment and be held
accountable for your choices Get life advice on how commitment can impact your life
and help you achieve your goals

person by sharing a summary of 3 key impactful ways that kindness improves your

to a friend, a hold of a door, a birthday call, a text message during the most
difficult times are all simple yet powerful acts of kindness. To be kind and to
do the act of kindness, you don’t need to move mountains, in fact it costs
    nothing to be kind.

We all need kindness in our lives, we all
need love and you can do this by starting from yourself.  You can do the greatest movement just by a
    simple act of kindness.

    In this Episode, you will:

improve your life Be motivated to be kind and do kind things
