In north Minneapolis born and raised, on the basketball court is where he spent most of his days.  No, we're not talking about Al, we're talking about Tom.  Al was born in Saint Paul.  He was raised partially in north Minneapolis though, and he's not entirely happy with the state of it.  Unlike 99% of people who complain about the state of things though, he's actually doing something about it.  The Al Nolen Foundation is keeping kids off the streets and in basically anywhere else.  The streets are not a good place to be.
