Alabama is fresh off its first-ever Final Four run in 2023-24. But Nate Oats’ team will be even better this year with the return of Mark Sears, Grant Nelson, Jarin Stevenson, and Latrell Wrightsell, plus the addition of transfers like Cliff Omoruyi (Rutgers), Chris Youngblood (South Florida), Houston Mallette (Pepperdine), and Aden Holloway (Auburn) and the influx of talented freshmen like Derrion Reid and Aiden Sherrell.

The Crimson Tide have loaded up with a difficult non-conference schedule including games AT Purdue and North Carolina as well as games against Houston, Creighton, and Illinois. The SEC schedule will be challenging as well. How will Nate Oats manage his depth? Will he start a quintet entirely made up of 5th-year players? What will account for a successful postseason?
