In this podcast I am going to talk about how to achieve any goal you set out to achieve in your business or in your life outside of your business. Back in 2012 I was living in Barcelona by myself and I had this weird period for a couple of months where I was really deep in spirituality. It’s like that weird style, where you sit and meditate and walk and meditate, talk and meditate, do other things and meditate. I am sure you have read those books, right?
So, it was not a complete waste of time, because I have learned a valuable skill set and a way of looking at the world from that. So that was one way of looking at the world and that is useful in some situations.
What is a different way of looking at the world? A different way is to hustle super hard and aggressively go for the goals and just stretch yourself super thin and just push and push, and push and master skills and aggressively go for money, girls and whatever else you want. That is a different path. And that second path also has its’ uses.
So, how can you achieve anything you want to achieve in life? Some people take it as a dogma, they are either one or the other. They are always like: “I am all about the spirituality. Happiness comes from within. You cannot get happiness from anywhere else”.
And other people, they are the opposite, they are like: “What are you talking about? It does not make any sense. I want the money, I want the girls, I want everything. I want to travel. So, it does not really work together, unless used in a very special way.”
As the years went by, I abandoned the whole spirituality thing, but then when I was doing a lot of sales calls one day I discovered that you can take some of these mindsets, some of these ways of looking at the world and apply them to a current situation.
Now, let me be a little bit more clear about what I mean. For example, you are doing this so killing work that you really do not want to do it at that time, but you have to do it. Your business depends on it. And if you do not do it, you will fail. All your goals and dreams will go to crap.
So, what do you do? You cannot get happiness from acting, you cannot get happiness from what you are implementing, because it is so killing work 12 to 16 hours a day. So, at that point in time you can really believe and you should believe that happiness does come from within. I do not need these circumstantial situations to contribute to my happiness. I have enough happiness that comes from within. In which situations does this not work?
Now, imagine when you close a big sale like a $20 000 sale. And what happened was that I celebrated. I was like: “Yeah. I trained my brain to embrace this as a victory, as a celebration, I want more of this. Working is the shit, achieving stuff is the shit and aggressively going after things is the shit.
This is very different from happiness comes from within. This is the mindset that I used that at that point to really deepen my knowledge and deepen the feeling that I want to have of being a winner, of achieving stuff. And this is awesome. I want to be in business. I want to be aggressive. I want to amplify that, so in the future I can use it over and over and over. And all of the lessons that I learned, I learned deeper and deeper and deeper, because I embraced it, celebrated it and so on.

  • How To Relieve Stress In Business (The Truth)
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
In this podcast I am going to talk about how to avoid burnouts, become more productive and not crash and burn every 3 months. Also, I am going to talk about why very successful people have burnouts.
Most people do not have burnouts, but I have noticed that when you truly work super hard and you are a high achiever, you have these experiences when you just crash, burn and your productivity goes down, down for many weeks and it takes many weeks to recover. So, if you do not want this to happen to you, watch this podcast and implement some of the tips that I am going to teach you.
Hey Matt, so you had a burnout this year. What happened exactly? Yes, I had a burnout and I was in a hospital. I was working really, really hard and at some point I went to the hospital. I just got really tired and exhausted and I did not want to work, I did not see any reason to work. I lost my momentum, I lost my motivation. Why would I work? Why do I even want money? I will just lie on my bed and eat kebap all day.
This guy here is a hustler. When he started his business, these were the fastest results I have ever seen in business. He has already been in business for 5 months and now he is travelling the world, running a company and coaching people and all that kind of stuff, while running his business that funds his life. This guy is a hustler. If it can happen to him, it can happen to anyone.
If we are going to talk about burnouts, we are going to talk about stress, because stress contributes to burnouts. So, how do people get stressed? People get stressed primarily, when they are going to do something and they procrastinate and their mental RAM gets filled up with all these projects and all the things that they are going to do. It becomes super stressful, because you know you have to do something and you have not done it yet and you are procrastinating and you are doing it incorrectly and you are judging yourself and that builds stress and that helps you, drives you towards a burnout.
So, my solution to stress is to be a slave to the calendar. Being a slave to the calendar means that you commit to listing everything that you do, all your habits, all your activities, every little detail in you google calendar, whatever you use for a calendar and then following up with that. Because you put everything in a calendar, you cannot make it boring or only working.
That brings me to the second point that helps me avoid burnouts. It is to celebrate your successes and have days off. Like Sunday, I do not work. I just film some videos on Sunday. I do not do the hard stressful activities that I usually do.
You need that day, you need to think about other stuff that are just fun and relaxing like lying on the beach, going to SPA and filming videos and podcasts in my case. This helps you deload and balance your life. And probably you do it without internet. Internet is very stressful, replying to your messages is very stressful, looking at your notifications in Facebook is very stressful.
So, disconnect from that for at least one day per week and that will contribute to you having resistance vs burnouts and stress.
Another tip on preventing burnouts is to pay attention to what you spend time on in terms of the processes and activities in your business. If you are spending half of your day handling refunds and trying to get people to pay you and they refuse to pay you. This is super stressful and if you are spending half of your day doing taxes, these are very stressful activities, because there are many thing that could go wrong and then it is out of your control.
What you can do is to easily outsource tasks like customer support, receiving payments, doing tax stuff for the government. You can outsource very, very cheaply.

In this podcast you are going to find out how to make money online. There are many methods of making this work and I have tried all of them. Maybe not all, but I have tried 4, 5, 6 methods of making money online. My favorite method is to build an actual business. Before you go into the whole making money online stuff and you may have various reasons.
I do this, because I want to travel, to make the world better and to help people, but if you decided that you really want to focus on it and you have 20 hours a week, then here is what you have to do.
So, my favorite way is to build an online business and this is pretty much the only way to make money online really is to build an online business. There are other minor ways, but the possibility of success with those ways is really low.
So, let’s just go with building an online business. An online business can be many things. It can be making YouTube videos like getting paid on advertisements. It can be getting leads online that are companies and then selling them services. It can be getting on Instagram, building an audience and selling them supplements. It can be contacting people on Instagram and getting them to promote your supplements. It can be Ecommerce. There are really countless things that you can do online to build a business.
However, all of these things require a significant time investment. I have several podcasts on this topic exactly on how you can exactly start selling, how to sell them, what to sell and so on. I have linked to them below in the description in YouTube. Let’s focus on something else right now.
So, first of all before you get into business here is the most important thing. You need to free up that time and to do that most likely you are going to have to quit your job or work only half of the time basically, right? So, work part time.
However, that is not the only thing you need. You also need a buffer. A buffer in case you fail. Especially if you quit your job completely and you do not have a buffer of say $5000 to $10000 and your business fails for like a year. You are broke, you are going to have to go back to a job.
Now, if you have that buffer that is 5 to 10k you have that half an year to one year where you can live low cost, sleep on a couch if you have to. You are going to have money, you will not be broke, you will have money to eat and for emergencies. So, that is very important actually.
Once you have that buffer, once you free up that time. Here is what you should do. You should focus 100% of your time or in case you do part time job 50% of your time obviously on building a business and you should ignore everyone else, ignore all of the obligations that are not critical. Obviously you should not ignore your children or your wife.
But all of the obligations that are not critical, like your friend is getting married and he is doing it in Hawaii and it takes two weeks off. I am sorry, if you are really serious in building your business. You cannot afford those two weeks. In the early stages of your business you are going to have to miss a few wedding, you are going to have to a few birthdays.
Now, if you have children that is different thing. I would never advise you to skip out on those at all, but if there is anything not critical, not super, super, very important and urgent, then I would skip out just about everything. Then what should you do when your friends call you and say: “Hey man, let’s hangout”. Schedule at it.

  • How To Become Happier (The Truth) - Secrets To Happiness
Check out my top 3 tips to become more happy, more fulfilled and balanced as a human being.
We also go into how to be happier in business (since this is a business channel first and foremost :)
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
In this podcast I am going to talk about how to get more happiness. Usually in my YouTube channel I talk about business and business topics, but I found that when dealing with business, when building a business and running your business that happiness is a big factor that contributes to your success and those of the people you work with. So, it’s actually a very important topic also in business.
When I was growing up in Belgium, the perceived method to get happiness was to graduate high school, graduate university, get an awesome degree like doctor, lawyer, then get married as soon as possible to your high school sweet heart, get a mortgage at the age of 24, build a house with a fence, get a dog and have 1.9 children. This is actually what people want.
They did a survey and this is actually what people want in Belgium, in high school. I know it’s kind of weird, but from that day I knew that I was kind of the exception, that I was not really into any of those things. I did go to college, but after that everything else was different from the norm for me. I found for me at least that a different formula works much better than a traditional socially conditioned path that people tend to follow.
So, what is happiness? It is very important to know what it is before we go into: how do you get it. Happiness for me is something of a feeling. It’s like a feeling that you get from time to time and this is a positive feeling and a response from your brain saying that you are doing something good. That’s what happiness is for me. And everyone wants to maximize happiness, everyone wants to maximize good feelings, right?
So, here is the thing. It is not a permanent state. It is not a permanent thing that you just have. It is culture balanced with periods when you are just neutral or maybe even unhappy for a while and that is perfectly normal. Some people tend to say especially in spirituality. You just need to be permanently happy. Maybe that is true. I used to read all that and buy into that. It is true that you want very little out of life.
If you want to have very few material possessions and not too much human relationships, not too much travel, nothing like that. If you just want to have very little in your life and you force yourself to be content with that, that is a form of happiness. I assume that by watching my YouTube channel, you are actually looking to go out and get wealth, get girls, get awesome stuff in your life, get an awesome house eventually. And do really cool stuff in your life like travel, have fun, go to all kinds of countries, meet super interesting people.
Now assuming that that is what you want, let’s not focus on spirituallity, let’s focus on happiness for aggressive go getters. People who want to get out there and get what they want.
That brings me to the first point. For me as a guy I have always experienced the most happiness when I have made important life decisions and stuck to them. One of these life decisions is really that I want to focus most of my time on what I am good at. I am good at videos. I am good at teaching people and I am good at sales.
Those are the most important things for me that I am good at and the things that I do every single day. I am developing these skills as deeply as I can. I am going really, really deep and hamoring out these skills to the point of mastery, however long it takes. And every time I make progress, that is when I experience this feeling of happiness.
