  • How To Deal With Negative People (The Truth)
Here's my top 2 tips to deal with negative people in life based on my own experience.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:

I am in Riga. It is a beautiful sunny day. You can see the river of the city behind me. Hopefully you can see it with the sunshine strain with the camera.
I am going to talk about how to deal with negative people.
I have a saying and that is: “If people do not say you are crazy, then that means you are not doing anything extraordinary.” When you are starting a business or you are doing something that is interesting or different with your life, people often think that you are insane and crazy. That is exactly what happened when I started my business and when I started travelling in 2011.
At that time of my life the people around me were thinking what is going on. People were thinking that I am crazy and I was asked many times: “Are not you worried? Why do you want to do all these weird things?”
I had to learn to deal with this pressure of dealing with people who are negative. What I did is the pull out method and that is to move to another country and stay away for 8 months, while I learn how to build my business, while I learn how to deal with my life in a new way.
My first method is to pull away and do your own thing. Just stay away and be with new people and potentially even move to a new country. Another saying is “Burning the bridges”. That means you are going away and you are making sure you do not return. It is not like you leave your country forever, not seeing your parent, but it is just for a while and long enough to learn new habits.
For example, a long habit takes on average from 60 to 90 days to learn. If you stay away 60 days or maybe half a year or 5 years like in my case, you can learn a lot of new habits and a lot of new things and change your life and start making an impact on the world. This may not be the best solution for everyone.
The second solution to deal with negative people that I found works really well and that is to develop a really string frame. You can do this by developing really strong believes about what you think is right or wrong and what you want to do with your life and where everything is heading, your philosophy on business, on life, how you deal with people, what you accept and do not accept from people and all that kind of stuff.
Once you have developed a strong frame, it does not really matter what kind of people you hang out, because you are able to adjust yourself without taking note of what other people are thinking. You just do stuff that is the opposite of what everyone else is doing and get results.
This is definitely not easy. This is the harder of the 2 methods. I recommend you do this after you have learned a few new habits and you have developed yourself for a couple of years, then you can go back and hang out with whoever you want.
You will notice that people become more like you, because you have such a strong frame. They see that whatever you are doing works. They think that they should give it a try. That is one of the steps that you can take if you want to make a change in the world. It works amazingly well.
I highly recommend these 2 methods. You should try method #1 at first and method #2 later on. Then you can come back and be awesome.

  • How To Find Your Passion
Here's how to find your passion and why in business and in life.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
Running and starting a business is one of the hardest things in your life. Everyone is working against you in the beginning, that`s how it feels like. It is like the whole world is conspiring against you.
But once you push through that and you have a lot of motivation and you find your motivation, then it doesn`t matter how it feels like in the beginning, that you have all these problems and that you do not have the skills yet. Because once you have your actual motivation, then you can push through that, get your first sale and you have to prove that what you are doing works and then you can achieve whatever you want to achieve.
So, how do you find your why? I have worked with a few self-development coaches, so how do you think the life of a self-development coach looks like? Some people think it is like: “Oh, they wake up and they feel motivated. They run out of bed and they motivate people.” That is what actually people think self-development coaches do.
Here is the reality of it. A self-developing coach that actually have success and actually have money, they wake up in the morning and they are like: “Oh, I have to film the fucking video today”. They go to the gym and they think: “What I am going to make the video about, it is going to be fucking hard”. Then they get home, eating shit and think: “What is the video going to be about?”
They research in the laptop, then they make a video and no one watches it. They do it for half a year and five people watch the video, they do it for a year and it is okay – a hundred people have watched the video.
People think it is super easy. So why are they able to do that? They decided that whatever it is, that is going to happen in your life, they want to help people to achieve more.
But they develop that passion by implementing what it is they need to do every single day. This is why everyone else fails. Because they think that you wake up and you have the passion from day one.
But in the reality, you wake up and you do not have any fucking passion for your business in the beginning. You just do it because you know that you should do it. After x amount of time, for some people weeks, for some people months, for me it took two years to get my business to be profitable.
I also work with people who start off and they say: “I want to be a self-developing coach” and I am like: “Do not be a self-developing coach. Do not do it because you are not going to be able to wake up every morning and film that video and go promoting it. What about you do what actually works for people with no experience, people who just start off and want to make money. What about becoming a freelancer?” They say “Okay then” and they come back after a week saying they are not passionate about becoming a freelancer.
How are you going to be a self-developing coach in one or two years if you don`t have any marketing, sales skills, you do not have any skills at all? People usually come back after two months and they say they are still not passionate about it.
But after three, four or six months they come back again and say: “My business is going so well, I just made ten thousand dollars last month! Now I am passionate about it because I figured out how this works, while before I didn`t know how this works. I went from absolutely no skills and I grinded in the beginning and I made it happen despite not feeling like it”.
That is how you develop passion. People think you need to find it in the beginning and then act upon the passion. You read an article and it is like Steve Jobs found a passion about computers. No, Steve Jobs found a profitable business for computers. He made it awesome and then he became super passionate about it. That is my way of thinking about it.

  • Where To Go As A Digital Nomad
Here's my favorite places to go as a digital nomad (based on 5 years experience).
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
Today we are going to talk about where to go as a digital nomad. I have been travelling the world for the past six years and I go to a new country every 2 – 3 months. Right now I am in Riga and in the next six months I am going to go to 2 or 3 more countries.
So, I keep travelling from country to country all the time. So far I have been to 35+ countries and I have been in almost all continents basically. Here are my top locations that I can advise you to go based on what you really need.
There are a few factors to consider when you are choosing where to go exactly. There is money, there is, if you want, night life, other source of ways of meeting people. Here are a few places that fit what I want. I want parties and I want to go to places where it is easy to reach entrepreneurs.
For example, I do not like to stay in LA for too long because you need to go everywhere by car. So, in Riga you do not waste any time going anywhere, everything is in the center. That is what I need.
Another city that I like is Barcelona. Barcelona is a very super magical place, actually it is the second city that I went to when starting to travel. I stuck around, it was really awesome, because I met a bunch of entrepreneurs, there were amazing parties everywhere, very nice food. It is a little bit unsafe sometimes, people try to rob you, but they are not aggressive, so Barcelona is a very good place.
Another good place, In Spain actually, is Valencia. In Valencia it is cleaner, there is less crime, there are a lot of tourists, if you want to talk tourists, as well as a lot of locals who speak Spanish. There is also very good food.
Another place that I really like is Miami South beach. The thing about Miami South beach is that it`s better than most other places in most ways apart from one single factor and that is money. Miami South beach is the most expensive place I have ever been. A room, a single room there costs per month $1750. So, it is kind of expensive to be here. I do not recommend to be there if you are on a budget.
If you do want to go to places that are cheaper and also near Miami South beach, I recommend Cancun and Playa Del Carmen I was in Playa Del Carmen in 2012, it is very beautiful, there are a lot of tourists, basically from USA and there is a very good internet all around the city.
Next location I recommend is Taipei in Taiwan. The reason I recommend Taipei is because it has a lot of these factors that I have been mentioning before. So, it has really good internet, it is really cheap actually, there is a dating life, and it is also very safe.
Another city, the one that I just came from, is Split, Croatia. It is definitely on a pricy side, so it is not if you are just starting out, you do need $2000 / $3000 per month to be very comfortable there. If you stay out of the tourist season, I don`t know if it is still going to be good, but probably it is going to be a lot cheaper. There is very nice food and the locals are very friendly. They speak English and are a little bit shy.
Another good thing about Croatia is that the nature is amazing, it is probably one of my favorite destinations for nature, because you are on a beach there and if you take a boat trip, you basically go to any number of islands, there is amazing food everywhere, good internet, even 4G while on a boat.
A place that everyone is raving about is Budapest. I am not a huge fan, it is kind of a landlocked place, it is cheap, there are good parties there, but locals do not speak English. I am not a huge fan, there are a lot of entrepreneurs, though.

  • How To Run An Agency How Michael Is Doing $100k Year In Profit With His Agency
Michael runs a $165k/year agency, $100k of which is profit. Here's how he does it.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
I started this business really early. I wanted to learn to code when I was 12. I ended up doing exactly that. When I was 14 I started to get customers. I started to provide coding projects and later on I got into the marketing stuff because customers started to ask for my services. I tried to find a way to get my customers’ websites ranked higher in Google. And I started to include more and more marketing services in my portfolio.
My sales funnel was not created by will. I am trying to deliver the best value to the customer. By default we are relying on satisfied customers who refer us to other customers. My first sale was from a referral. Then we pay them some money, like 10% of the revenue. 90% of the projects we do end up with their friends and family and coworkers hiring us for other projects.
I do all my projects with 100% payment upfront. Otherwise, I think it is too risky.
My main focus is always to make the customer happy. I do not mind doing some of the work multiple times, but if I see that the client is exploiting me, then I know that I have to stop.
I charge about 900 euros for a basic landing page. A whole website with multiple subpages is around 1 300 euros. For larger development projects, for example, one of my clients is a start up in Germany and they develop some kind of Ebay for self - deveplopment coaches, it is 2 months of work and I charge 8000 euros. For SEO the range is between 500 euros per month and 3500 euros per month.
I have about 14 clients per year. Most of the clients are not one time clients. Most of them want to take advantage of me for at least one other service. For example, a client wants not only creating the website from me, but also doing the SEO part as well.
First of all, they buy a landing page. Then that landing page turns into a website and then they want to get ranked higher in Google. It starts with a development project. And after that project is finished and the client is happy, then they are willing to invest more into marketing stuff. I am not offering only one marketing service. I offer a whole management service for my clients.
We have a service in Austria, which brings together people looking for jobs. The same agency finances training for those people. I have a contract with that agency. They send people who are into marketing, entrepreneurship, business. When students come out of university, this agency sends them to me for a three month program in order to get more practical skills, because universities are very theoretically based. They do not get much practical experience from their studies. Basically, those students work for me for free, because they get paid by the state.
What I would advise people starting now is not to get caught up into theoretical bullshit. You can have 5 years of theoretical experience and do not know what you need.
Whatever you are selling, the client hires you in the hope to make more money from your work. If you can communicate and show the client that you understand his needs and are willing to fulfill it for him for a reasonable price, then every client will be happy to give you lots of money for it.
Not knowing people is not an obstacle. It is just a sort of situation that results from inactivity. If you decide to start a company now, it is time to get active and it is time to get to know people.
I am planning to start a second company right now. I am getting up at 5 AM and doing some yoga just to calm my nerves and get mentally ready for the day. At the office we start work at 8AM and work until 4PM. After that I go to some workout or a meeting with customers.
