  • How To Find Your Life Purpose, Passion And A Billion Dollars
Here's how to find your purpose.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin

We have all faced this situation in our lives where we are being put in a box. In a primary school, college we are being told what to do, where to go, where to show up, what to study. If you do anything that is outside of the box you are considered crazy. Most people in their entire lives never get the opportunity to truly learn how to be creative, to develop that creativity muscle and use their brain in a way that no one else uses.
I am not going to tell you exactly what your purpose should be, but I am going to help you determine what kind of things you should look at so that you can find your own purpose. Common misconception that people have is that you need to have a purpose and you need to go and act upon that purpose.
You do not need something to act upon it. You may want to be a writer or you may want to be a YouTuber. You can go write and make YouTube videos and just by the act of doing it you find out if this is your purpose.
If you are getting a lot of positive feedback and people are rewarding you for this and you are learning something interesting, then this could be your purpose. Try 5 / 6 different things and compare what has the best positive feedback, what makes me produce the most value for the world and what makes me get the most out of it. By repetition and trying different things is one way to find your purpose.
The first step to become a YouTuber is to start making YouTube videos. If you do not know all the steps, but you know the first step, that is already enough to get started, to develop momentum and to find out if this could potentially be your purpose.
You might think that you have to have the perfect plan to get started, but that is not true. Just having the first step and just taking the first step consistently on a daily basis is what finding your purpose looks like.
I found that after finding the purpose a lot of people get stuck. When that happens I ask myself “Are they really stuck that they cannot perform anymore or are they just using it as an excuse?”
A lot of people have something bad happened to them. For example, I was in a house fire and the whole house burned out. I almost dyed in it. For a month I was down because of it. Then I realized that I can leverage what has happened and I can make it into something that I am proud of.
If you can leverage all the things that happened to your life, does not matter good or bad, then you are able to build upon that momentum and develop emotional leverage with yourself. If something bad happens, I will still do it. Most people are not capable of doing that. That is why if you are capable of that you are more likely to succeed in whatever it is you are going to do. You are going to be able to determine what your purpose is.
People with opportunities will come out of nowhere. If someone is already successful and he has stuff going on in their lives and they come to you with an opportunity - that can be of high value. If someone is not successful and he comes to you with an opportunity, I would ignore that. I would focus only on the successful people.
If you are able to take calculated risk and you work with the right people, with people who are trustworthy and successful, then there are huge gains that you can make.
If someone offers me a very high paid job, I will think that this is not for me, because of the opportunity cost of me not building my own business and not developing something for me, but for someone else. It is not as valuable, because I am not gaining an asset and I will not have as much leverage in a job and not as much decision power and I will not make a change in the world, compared to if I own a business.

  • How To Get Sales In 3 Weeks And Build A Business In 3 Months
Here's what I've learned from coaching 300 people to build a business in 3 months...
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
I`m here in Riga, Latvia and in this podcast you are going to find out how to get sales within 3 weeks and how to build a profitable business within 3 months.
So, why am I qualified to talk about this? This is actually exactly what I have been doing for the past 2 years after being in business for the past 6 years I decided to teach people how to build their own business and get sales within 3 weeks.
I have done this with more than 3 hundred people at the current count. So, what are the things you need to know to get started? I am looking for you to join a club and this podcast hopefully will help you get your first sales, you can get your journey, your entrepreneur journey started.
The very first thing that people do when get started is they sit in front of the laptop or their computer or phone and they are thinking: “I need to start a business now. Now is the time. Now I am going to build my business”. They sit in front of the computer, open up Facebook and then they get distracted and at the end they haven`t really done anything.
This is a common tactic that people use for procrastination. I have used it in the past myself as well, so how do you beat this very first obstacle to your success? To beat it, the trick that I like to use with my clients is to get started very simply and not book “build a business” in their calendar, but instead have an alarm clock and the alarm clock says: “sit in front of the computer”, have the phone numbers in front of you that you are going to call and turn off Facebook and all distractions, just have those 3 things ready in front of you.
I am not saying you should do the calls, I am not saying you should do the sale, just have those 3 things ready to go and sit in front of the computer with all those things ready in front of you. What you will notice is because you are setting a very simple goal, it is like a pre-cursor to actually implementing, you may as well do a phone call, you have the phone calls there, you have your phone ready, you can call them right now or you are just going to sit there and do nothing, or you are going to do the 1 or 2 phone calls to get the ball rolling.
Most people are able to get the ball rolling at this point. It is a little trick to beat procrastination. So later on, you will be focusing on developing the skills, developing sales skills, developing the skills that you need to deliver this service product which you will need for the rest of your life. You need to keep developing those skills and other skills as well, so later on when you are focusing on these, what I recommend is that you focus on skills that fit together, that you can stack on top of each other.
A lot of people who get into entrepreneurship learn a little bit of SEO, of Facebook ads, a little bit of this, a little bit of that and it is all like all over the place, it is just like flashy things that they read in marketers emails. However what we focus on all the time is building skills that fit together.
For example, you would learn Facebook ads, but if you learn Facebook ads you have a way to get leads. And once you have a way to get leads, you will need a way to convert them, so you need to learn how to build a funnel and then maybe you will need to learn how to do sales on the phone.
All these skills fit together, they are not like random skills that you grab from over the place. They fit together and you will be able to use together for a long time and in the future because you are developing these fundamental skills that you will need for a very long time. You will be able to add more and more like recruitment, project management and so on.

  • How To Choose Your Niche And Your Market (The 2 Main Methods For B2B)
Here are the 2 main methods to choose your niche and market. That's who to sell to... SUPER important if you're starting out!
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
Today I am going to talk about who to sell to. If you have service and you want to sell to companies who should you sell to? Who is the ideal customer and how to find these customers?
There are several approaches to this problem in business that I found that work. Now I am going to discuss my favorite approaches. There are, of course, other approaches as well. We are going to focus on the most direct sales possible for your business if you are selling to other companies.
If you can figure this out, you are not going to waste time selling to the wrong people and you are going to be able to charge more money, because the people that are buying from you are actually looking for what you are selling instead of you having to force your product on them. Of course, it does not work.
The very first way to find out who to sell to is, first, you discover a good way to generate leads to find where your customers are. If you find that you can easily reach them (for example, we use a lot of freelancing websites in my mastermind and we know there is a certain type of audience on the freelancing websites and we know that we can reach almost an infinite number of them). Should we go out and try to find the absolute ideal customer or should we adjust this product or service to this kind of audience?
In this particular situation you need to flip it and adjust what you are selling to your existing working, easy to reach audience. So, I wouldn`t get too attached to this idea that you may have of “I need to sell this particular product or service”, but instead I would focus on “These are the people that I can reach easily and I can sell to them. I just need to figure out what they are going to buy from me.”
I would call them, message them or whatever you want to do and would screen them and survey them and find out what are they willing to pay for. What ideal solution are they looking for, what ideal solution would they pay a lot of money for? If you can figure this out, what happens is, you will be able to get sales relatively easily on a regular basis compared to if you try to force a product on them.
If you listen to your customers and offer what they actually want and make it work for them, then you are going to be able to make a lot of money, because they are going to be like: “That is exactly what we are looking for. Finally someone listens to us.” This is going to make a lot of money in your business.
This is method number 1 – finding people to sell to.
Method number 2 is if you do have a super nice service and you are determined to sell that one single service. In that case you are going to have to go out and build what is called a customer avatar.
If you have this idea and you want to sell, for example, explainer videos which a lot of people are selling right now, you need to go out and talk to people who are potential clients. Maybe you have the idea of selling to lawyers, then talk to lawyers and see how this can fit into the marketing.
Talk to doctors or to accountants, see how this can fit into the marketing. Maybe none of those works, so you need to go out and see what kind of different audiences you can reach and if they are interested and they have budget to buy this particular product that you are selling.
This method applies when you do outbound sales. The easiest, the most direct way is to do cold calling. So you can choose anyone you want to do a cold calling, you do not have to rely that Facebook ads is going to bring you this certain audience, you just call whoever you want.

  • How An African Entrepreneur Built An Online Business And Started Traveling The World
I've just interviewed Henry, a Daily Business Hustle mastermind member from Africa. Here's how he's built his business and started traveling the world.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
What exactly are you selling Henry? - I am currently selling social media marketing services to businesses. I started doing this in my day job before I joined the mastermind. I wanted to start working online, but did not know how to. I joined the mastermind and 2 weeks later I got my first sale online.
How did you learn social media marketing? – I read some things online, looked at good social media pages and saw what works and what does not. When I joined the mastermind I spoke with other members in the mastermind who were doing similar things
What were the resources which you learned from? - I can recommend a book from Gary Vaynerchuk called “Jab Jab”. There is very good stuff on how to conduct yourself in social media. One very good blog is Social media examiner. There is very basic stuff, but if you do not know anything about it, it is a very good starting point in social media.
How did you learn Facebook adds? – I started trying it with one of my social media clients doing very basic stuff. I recommend to test it for yourself with a $50 budget and try to run some traffic on a page that you manage and see how it works. When you get confident you can start offering it to clients as well.
How were you able to get the sales? How did you handle the willingness of your clients to see your past work? – I developed my skills, I developed my confidence. I can show my work with previous clients to future clients. Now I am offering Facebook adds and social media content. I am travelling in Riga and offering that here as well.
How do you determine which clients you want to work with? – How do you determine which lead is a good potential client and which lead is going to be just a waste of time?
I ask them questions to make sure they are fit for me. I do not take any job. I make sure people are serious. I can advise you to make sure that the people you are working with are qualified. Ask them how much of a difference this will make in their business. Are they looking to start fast or it is just explorative. If this is the perfect service would you be able to afford $1000 a month? Those are the type of questions I ask on sales calls.
How much do you charge an average client for a simple service of social media marketing a month? - The cheapest dollar amount is $500 a month which I believe is very cheap. I have been doing it for a couple of months, but I am confident in the result I am getting now.
Can you handle 10 clients like that? – At the beginning I couldn’t, but then I read a really good book was “E myth revisited”. It was about outsourcing your work. You can hire people on freelancing websites and take the workload off me.
How much do you charge for the more expensive stuff? - For just the content and to grow the social media organically I charge $500 a month, but with the Facebook adds for clients and optimizing the adds I charge minimum $1000 a month, that is for the adds and the content as well.
I still want to grow. My goal is to reach $10000 a month in this year. My growing would hopefully be much bigger if I offer more services, but this is where I am right now and those are my offerings now.
Are you getting referrals? – My first client for my social media service was from my home country Ghana. Last week they referred me to someone else and I got a new client from a referral and they will be paying me $500 a month.
So, you have clients from Ghana and they pay you a reasonable amount of money for social media management, which you can outsource. Guys, you see that if you are in United States or Europe, you have no excuse at all. If you can get sales in Africa, you can get sales anywhere in the world.
