  • How To Run An Agency How Michael Is Doing $100k Year In Profit With His Agency
Michael runs a $165k/year agency, $100k of which is profit. Here's how he does it.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin

I started this business really early. I wanted to learn to code when I was 12. I ended up doing exactly that. When I was 14 I started to get customers. I started to provide coding projects and later on I got into the marketing stuff because customers started to ask for my services. I tried to find a way to get my customers’ websites ranked higher in Google. And I started to include more and more marketing services in my portfolio.
My sales funnel was not created by will. I am trying to deliver the best value to the customer. By default we are relying on satisfied customers who refer us to other customers. My first sale was from a referral. Then we pay them some money, like 10% of the revenue. 90% of the projects we do end up with their friends and family and coworkers hiring us for other projects.
I do all my projects with 100% payment upfront. Otherwise, I think it is too risky.
My main focus is always to make the customer happy. I do not mind doing some of the work multiple times, but if I see that the client is exploiting me, then I know that I have to stop.
I charge about 900 euros for a basic landing page. A whole website with multiple subpages is around 1 300 euros. For larger development projects, for example, one of my clients is a start up in Germany and they develop some kind of Ebay for self - deveplopment coaches, it is 2 months of work and I charge 8000 euros. For SEO the range is between 500 euros per month and 3500 euros per month.
I have about 14 clients per year. Most of the clients are not one time clients. Most of them want to take advantage of me for at least one other service. For example, a client wants not only creating the website from me, but also doing the SEO part as well.
First of all, they buy a landing page. Then that landing page turns into a website and then they want to get ranked higher in Google. It starts with a development project. And after that project is finished and the client is happy, then they are willing to invest more into marketing stuff. I am not offering only one marketing service. I offer a whole management service for my clients.
We have a service in Austria, which brings together people looking for jobs. The same agency finances training for those people. I have a contract with that agency. They send people who are into marketing, entrepreneurship, business. When students come out of university, this agency sends them to me for a three month program in order to get more practical skills, because universities are very theoretically based. They do not get much practical experience from their studies. Basically, those students work for me for free, because they get paid by the state.
What I would advise people starting now is not to get caught up into theoretical bullshit. You can have 5 years of theoretical experience and do not know what you need.
Whatever you are selling, the client hires you in the hope to make more money from your work. If you can communicate and show the client that you understand his needs and are willing to fulfill it for him for a reasonable price, then every client will be happy to give you lots of money for it.
Not knowing people is not an obstacle. It is just a sort of situation that results from inactivity. If you decide to start a company now, it is time to get active and it is time to get to know people.
I am planning to start a second company right now. I am getting up at 5 AM and doing some yoga just to calm my nerves and get mentally ready for the day. At the office we start work at 8AM and work until 4PM. After that I go to some workout or a meeting with customers.

  • How I Started A Business Right Out Of College With No Experience
Here's my story on why and how I started a business right out of college.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
I started a business right out of college 8 years ago. I was thinking: “What am I going to do with my life?” I had done two internships. They were a little boring to me and that’s why I started reading books about entrepreneurship. I was like: “Do I want to do jobs like this one for the rest of my life or do I want to do what I have been reading about those books?”
A friend of mine suggested starting a business together. We had absolutely no experience. We did not know how to sell, how to market. We did not know anything. We just came with an idea of buying a little digital camera and we went to companies and offered them to make a video for their company.
We were rejected from most companies, but a few people actually bought from us. After half a year my friend gave up. But I kept going. I did not care that I had only 2 sales for half a year. I kept going to I was determined to do whatever it takes to succeed.
Right now everyone goes to college, you study something that your parents approve, you get good grades. You learn maybe something in college and then you get an entry level job in a company that pays very little money and during the first year usually you do not get days off.
More and more people are going into that. Many people think that business stuff is too scary. What I want to achieve in my life is that more people become entrepreneurs. The reason I want to do this is because entrepreneurship is the way to move everything forward.
Being an entrepreneur is you make things grow in value. You can change people’s lives on a mass scale. With entrepreneurship you can give people jobs and they can build their lives. The world does not need more employees. Everyone can be an employee. That is the average. If you want to be above average you have to go into entrepreneurship. You cannot achieve a high level of success just by being an employee.
The road school send you on is the average road. Everything outside of it sounds super dangerous. I got told in school by an economy teacher that I have to pay my taxes and I have to be happy about that. And if I pay my taxes I contribute to society and I should wish I should pay more taxes.
If you are just starting out what you should do is not to look for an idea, but to look for a working business model. That means what to sell, who to sell it to and how to get hold of them and how to sell it. What I like to focus on when helping people is developing the skills. Instead of developing an idea, you develop the skills that almost any business model needs.
I have not learned any of these skills in high school or in college. I did not learn how to start a company. I did not learn how to proper marketing, sales. So, after high school you do not have to go to college in my opinion if you really want to hustle hard and start a business.
The most important skill is sales. For 90% of businesses out there, they get results through sales. The second type of skill that you should learn is marketing. There are so many different parts of marketing that it does not make sense for me to tell people “Go and learn marketing!” What we focus on is to learn a specific type of marketing.
In the beginning you do not need to learn how to brand your business. You do not need to build a brand. To build a brand takes billions of dollars. People do not build brands anymore. They get leads and they do direct marketing. They make sure that individual people reply to them and get on phone calls with them and then they close them on the phone.
Now, what we do is to go to websites like upwork.com and freelancer.com and there are infinite leads there. Before, when I was starting out I was cold calling. I can talk about cold calling for 5 hours. That is how complicated cold calling is.

  • How To Master Anything (My Number 1 Tip)
Here's my number 1 tip to master anything.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
Today, we are going to talk about how to become a master in anything you want to master in the world. In this podcast, I am going to share with you my number 1 tip that I use on a daily basis with me and my clients to get them and myself the best possible results and get us successfully on the path to mastery.
When you go to a party or you are having fun, what you want to do is be in the moment and have fun and just relax. That is what most people are doing - just relaxing and not thinking too much what is going on.
If you want to be on the path to mastery, you need to be training and practicing something with a purpose. You need to sit down and just focus for that one thing for extended period of time on a regular basis.
Here is the thing that most people miss. They combine the having fun mindset with the mastery mindset. It is conflicted. It does not work. It is not like you cannot have any fun while mastering a skill.
People are saying: “I am not enjoying this process, so maybe this is not the path to mastery for me. I need to do something that I am more passionate about, something more interesting or something that I enjoy.” This usually ends up being going out and having fun or drinking alcohol or smoking weed and all these things that people do.
Of course you can enjoy doing that, but that does not mean you are actually passionate about or you are supposed to be doing that for the rest of your life.
My solution is to focus on enjoying the process. Do the repetitive work that it takes. A true master or someone on the path to mastery understands that this repetitive work on a regular consistent basis is what gets results.
For example, Michael Phelps has won more than 20 medals. He says that he does not enjoy training and waking up in the morning and doing all this stuff, hut I can guarantee you that he enjoys and appreciates the results. No one who is doing it for 10 years still enjoys doing this exact same repetitive process over and over. They enjoy the fact that they are on the path to mastery.
They become the master of that skill and that is what makes them different from everyone else. They do not care if they are enjoying it at the moment. They do it, because they just have to do it as opposed to they do something, because they feel good about doing it right now.
That is what most people on a path to mastery get on a very deep level. Everyone on a path to mastery implement. Some people are not aware of what is going on, but when I have researched it and have read books about it and when I have talked to people who have achieved something to a mastered level, they all told me the same thing.
Of course, they do not like the practice. Of course, they do not like the repetitive work, but they like being on the path to mastery, because that is what they have decided to do. That is what they have dedicated their life to do.
If you want to achieve any kind of success in life, being financial, personal or anything else, you need to commit to something. It does not need everything in your life to be repetitive tasks, but if you master at least one thing, you will see that your entire life will start going in a good direction as opposed to in a bad direction.
This is a very simple principle. Do not focus on enjoying the path to mastery every single moment. Just focus on the long term goal and just focus on it and keep implementing on a daily basis. It is very simple, but almost no one actually implement it.
If you were implementing it or someone else was implementing it, they would get it and they would already be on a path to mastery. I guarantee you that.

  • How To Find Your Life Purpose, Passion And A Billion Dollars
Here's how to find your purpose.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
We have all faced this situation in our lives where we are being put in a box. In a primary school, college we are being told what to do, where to go, where to show up, what to study. If you do anything that is outside of the box you are considered crazy. Most people in their entire lives never get the opportunity to truly learn how to be creative, to develop that creativity muscle and use their brain in a way that no one else uses.
I am not going to tell you exactly what your purpose should be, but I am going to help you determine what kind of things you should look at so that you can find your own purpose. Common misconception that people have is that you need to have a purpose and you need to go and act upon that purpose.
You do not need something to act upon it. You may want to be a writer or you may want to be a YouTuber. You can go write and make YouTube videos and just by the act of doing it you find out if this is your purpose.
If you are getting a lot of positive feedback and people are rewarding you for this and you are learning something interesting, then this could be your purpose. Try 5 / 6 different things and compare what has the best positive feedback, what makes me produce the most value for the world and what makes me get the most out of it. By repetition and trying different things is one way to find your purpose.
The first step to become a YouTuber is to start making YouTube videos. If you do not know all the steps, but you know the first step, that is already enough to get started, to develop momentum and to find out if this could potentially be your purpose.
You might think that you have to have the perfect plan to get started, but that is not true. Just having the first step and just taking the first step consistently on a daily basis is what finding your purpose looks like.
I found that after finding the purpose a lot of people get stuck. When that happens I ask myself “Are they really stuck that they cannot perform anymore or are they just using it as an excuse?”
A lot of people have something bad happened to them. For example, I was in a house fire and the whole house burned out. I almost dyed in it. For a month I was down because of it. Then I realized that I can leverage what has happened and I can make it into something that I am proud of.
If you can leverage all the things that happened to your life, does not matter good or bad, then you are able to build upon that momentum and develop emotional leverage with yourself. If something bad happens, I will still do it. Most people are not capable of doing that. That is why if you are capable of that you are more likely to succeed in whatever it is you are going to do. You are going to be able to determine what your purpose is.
People with opportunities will come out of nowhere. If someone is already successful and he has stuff going on in their lives and they come to you with an opportunity - that can be of high value. If someone is not successful and he comes to you with an opportunity, I would ignore that. I would focus only on the successful people.
If you are able to take calculated risk and you work with the right people, with people who are trustworthy and successful, then there are huge gains that you can make.
If someone offers me a very high paid job, I will think that this is not for me, because of the opportunity cost of me not building my own business and not developing something for me, but for someone else. It is not as valuable, because I am not gaining an asset and I will not have as much leverage in a job and not as much decision power and I will not make a change in the world, compared to if I own a business.
