The following conversation is with Dr Mary Grabar the author of  'Debunking the 1619 Project: Exposing the Plan to Divide America.' Through the lens of history, we discuss the divisive and false tactics used to equate America with the exact opposite qualities of its founding freedom: an undisruptable cycle of oppression. Mary gives a historical account of the realities of slavery and how the foundations of America is a distortion of reality.  Dr Mary Grabar is a Resident Fellow at the Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization, philanthropist, conservative commentator, passionate educator, and author. Her new book, Debunking the 1619 Project is available here: https://amzn.to/2WHGaRH

Atomic Habits Book Summary - Chapter 2: Habits Shape Your Identity. Most people build outcome based habits instead of identity based habits. The problem here is the direction of change. We should instead focus on who we want to become instead of what superficially wants. True habit change is identity change.Â
The quality of our habits determines the quality of our lives. Do your habits support and build you, or diminish and slow you? Atomic Habits is one of the best books I've read on how to take supreme control over your life through the theory and practical application of how to change your behaviour and psychology. Every chapter contains profound realisations packaged in practical takeaways that one can immediately deploy to improve their habits, self-awareness and ultimately, the quality of their life. I decided to analyse and summarise each chapter of this book to affirm my learnings and pass the wisdom of this book onto others. I hope it is as impactful to you, as it has been to me.Â

36 teachings from Ancient Egypt's Ptahhotep. Well before many of the philosophers, we glorify today there was the wisdom of Ptahhotep, a vizier (highest official in Ancient Egypt to serve the pharaoh). The instructions of Ptahhotep addresses various virtues that are necessary to live a good life. They were written with the purpose to pass on to his son succeeding him so his son could learn the wisdom and advice that could only be attained through experience of a long 100+ year life Ptahhotep is reported to have lived. Is it riskier to get the COVID-19 vaccine or get COVID-19? This video aim's to objectively summarise the literature on the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and how to interpret and critically evaluate the data to make an informed decision on the risk associated with receiving the vaccine versus not. Â Â However, this video does not just analyse the empirical evidence. It considers how the evidence is applicable based on one's subjective risk profile and tolerance for risk. Â I hope this analysis can provide clarity, objectivity and critical thought to help people make informed decisions around COVID-19. Â This was originally posted on @strengthofsaad and also available on StrengthOfSaad YouTube.

“We all need to be aware of our personal calling. What is a personal calling? It is God’s blessing, it is the path that God chose for you here on Earth. Whenever we do something that fills us with enthusiasm, we are following our legend.” “However, we don’t all have the courage to confront our own dream. Why? There are four obstacles." In this video, I read and reflect upon these 4 obstacles and how I maneuver through them. This is one of my favourite books I've ever read, you can get it here: https://amzn.to/398M7dD
