Its River property, consisting of over 308 claims covers approximately 6,400 hectares, is located in the Yukon Territory, northwest of Whitehorse. The MOR Property consists of over 290 mineral claims covering approximately 6,000 hectares, is located 35-kilometer (km) east of Teslin, Yukon, Canada. The Goz Creek property consists of over 90 mineral claims located 180 km northeast of Mayo, Yuko. The Twin Canyon gold property is a sandstone-hosted gold prospect in southwest Colorado, approximately 20 km from the town of Mancos.
