Launching can literally be the heartbeat of your business, which is what makes it alive. Just like how our heartbeat keeps us alive. If we all look at it that way and put our energy behind what it is that we do, it will be fun and the success will be the icing on the cake!

On this episode of Aligned and Ambitious Radio, we are going to be talking about the prices of your offers, and why they don’t really matter.  I really wanted to dive into and talk about this topic because I know this is a topic that a lot of entrepreneurs get super hung up about.

How many of you go back and forth with, “I don’t want to price my offer too low, but I also don’t want to price it too high, and her price is this but she’s been doing it longer so …?”  I hear this a lot, especially those that are just starting out in the online space. And then there is also this big question about when do I raise my prices and by how much?

What I learned going through the process of upleveling and pricing myself, is that the price of your product really isn’t what matters, it is the energy behind that price and how you are feeling about it that makes a difference.  The most important thing about your pricing and your business is your self-worth and being aligned in that.

Today on Aligned and Ambitious Radio, we are going to be talking about the mourning that comes with growth.  That’s right. I said mourning, as in #uglycrying due to the growth of your business.

Here is the thing, this is the part of business that no one talks about.  As you are experiencing personal growth, you are also going to feel like you are experiencing loss, because there are going to be aspects about your old-self that you are going to outgrow.  They are no longer aligned and they no longer serve you.

• Mourning old habits and beliefs
• Mourning through places that inspired you or comforted you
• Mourning the people you outgrow

My one tip for you in regards to these growing pains, is to lean into that pain and that mourning and journal the end of your story the way you want it to end.  This allows you to align with your next level self and move through the mourning and grief not resist it.
