Do you know that mental turbulence is a very real thing?
It can cause one to either self-implode OR it can cause one to do deep reflection/inner work. I choose to do inner work because it's more positive. If I chose to self-implode or self-sabotage then someone COULD get hurt lol. Seriously, I should't really laugh at that 'cause I'd be hurting myself in the process. When we hurt others we hurt ourselves too, 'cause even if revenge feels good it only feels good in the moment. Afterwards, we're forced to face ourselves in the mirror and we must contend with what we've done.
What I love about myself, is that it doesn't matter what I've ever said or written because I can ALWAYS back it up.
You can come at me sideways about anything pertaining to me, and 9x out of 10 I'll always have an answer. It's because I know ME, and I know why I do or say the things I do. If YOU don't know why then it would behoove you to ask me. That's the only way you're gonna find out anyway lol, "straight from the horse's mouth" so they say.
I'm not interested in pushing falsities.
Why? Because I have better things to do and in my opinion, it's a waste of time. I've definitely learned a lot about what deserves my attention/energy and what doesn't. I'm all about building, giving back to society, helping my family, growing spiritually and intellectually, living more holistically overall, leaving a legacy.
Like my title says, "The intention is to change myself."
