On World Mental Health Day Chief and Prentice revisit the conversation on WHY All Black Men Need Therapy. An interesting revelation was made about reinvesting in traumatic experiences with our children and loved ones. Therapy may not be everyone's cup of tea but if it's important enough to have a WORLD Mental health day, it should be enough to consider the idea of therapy or truly making efforts to care for your mental health.
