Hi friends! Welcome back to the show! This week we're chatting about quitting and how you know whether you need to push through or pull the plug. Some main points from the episode:
- Quitting needs to be an educated decision not an impulsive one
- Have you given this "thing" (that you want to quit) your all?
- What's next? What comes after quitting? What is your focus?
- How will you feel if this "thing" is no longer in your life?
I hope this is helpful to you! If it was, don't forget to tag me on your socials and to share the show with a friend!!

Hi friends! Welcome back to the show. This week we are talking about letting go and not allowing past shoulda, coulda, woulda's hold us back. I share about something that I've harbored a lot of resentment about for YEARS and the epiphany I had about living in the present moment. I hope this resonates with you!

Hi friends! Welcome back to the show. This week I'm opening up about the struggles I've been dealing with - alone. I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to struggle in silence and your struggles don't define you. Your struggles don't have to write the story of your life and they sure as hell don't have to be the "evidence". And it's totally okay to struggle, but we have to keep moving through and feeling through it so we can come out on the other side and not get stuck in the yuck.

Hi friends! Welcome back! This week I am reflecting on my earring launch and what it taught me as well as chatting about the significance of growing outside of our comfort zones. As someone who struggles with anxiety and needing control, getting out of my comfort zone is terrifying. However, we don't let fear take the wheel on our lives, right? So that's why we do it SCARED and we keep growing no matter what. I hope you enjoy episode 26!
Hi friends! Welcome back to the show :)

Hey friends! Welcome back, I am so happy you're here! In today's episode we are chatting about adult friendships, putting yourself out there and how nothing changes if nothing changes. Making friends as an adult has been a real struggle for me. But, it's something that I want to change. Not only for myself, but for my family as a whole. I know that getting vulnerable with new people can be really hard and I hope this episode helps you to know you're not alone if you're struggling, too.
