If you’ve been struggling with disordered eating for most of your life, you likely already know that there’s something deeper going on that you’re not seeing.

My most valuable skill is being able to identify the invisible reasons you keep getting stuck, and to teach you how to become permanently unstuck.

The areas we’ll cover this week, on the podcast, have affected every type of disordered eating I’ve ever seen. By shifting these invisible patterns, we’ve been able to help people heal binge eating, emotional eating, food addiction, and weight obsession.

We’ll sit down together to go through 7 invisible areas that keep people stuck ... that are 100% necessary to shift in order to end disordered eating permanently.

Make sure you take notes, because many of our clients have at least 3 or 4 of these patterns (in fact, many have had all 7), without even realizing it. Once you can identify your own invisible patterns that are keeping you stuck, you’ll finally be in a position to change them for good!

I’ve also shifted all of these patterns myself in my own life, and I’ll give you some personal examples so you can see how you might apply them to your life too.
