ob was a guest on episode of 24 where we go into detail with his story and upbringing.
The main focus of the discussion was how to safely and strategically implement some speed, or faster, work in to your training in order to improve your VO2 max, aerobic capacity, and running economy…..which all leads to becoming a better runner.
We try to discuss this in a way that will be helpful to both new and experienced runners and for racing any distance.
