“Oh Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou, Romeo?”

Chances are this summer you can find him– along with many other characters from the famed works of Shakespeare– in the idyllic setting of Central Park in old Louisville, where Candy and Ashley recently enjoyed the renowned Kentucky Shakespeare’s Free Festival in Central Park. 

In this fun episode we first take a brief look at the Bard himself, William Shakespeare. And while Will is widely believed to be the most famous and most celebrated playwright of all time, you just might be surprised at some of the interesting new details that come to light. 

Then with the help of Matt Wallace, Kentucky Shakespeare’s Producing Artistic Director, and actors Gregory, Justin, and Mollie, we take you behind the scenes of the Shakespeare Festival.
