We are continuing our talks about mental health and wellness this month. On today's episode we talk about the strong one. Have you ever been told how strong you and while it's a compliment, you could also be feeling drained from having to be "the strong one".

Today we I talk about educating the strong one to speak up and educating the loved ones to truly check on your friend or family member. I provide tips on how to dig deeper with a strong loved one and peel back those onion layers to truly find out how they are doing.

I share some personal stories that have happened to me within the past 2.5 months of being put in situations that are rather uncomfortable and feeling alone, although I am the "strong one".

Strong people want to feel safe and secure. Can we deeper our relationships and meet them in the middle? Can we GRW.Well with our strong friends and match their love language? Let's talk about it!

On today's episode we will be discussing safe spaces. We are continuing to do foundation work on our homes; our mind, body, spirit, soul and environments. Today, we are focusing on our environment, our spaces and this could include physical spaces, friend circle, family circle and even work. We will discuss (and take inventory on dark cloud words and shadows) how we truly feel in those spaces and how we can create a healthy space. I share with you some examples of one of my clients and as always, my personal experiences.

On today's episode we discuss Illusions vs. shadows. You may be doing some great soul work and then your mind starts to tell you things that are not true. If you sit in an illusion it could completely stop your hard work or procrastinate it for long periods of time. It is important that we start to recognize that illusion, or any other words, that UNTRUTH. We can do this by validating our feelings with dark cloud emotion words, finding our shadows, saying what the truth is and moving forward.
