Allister Rose NZBS talks about his time in front line responders roles and in particular with the New Zealand Police Force, post traumatic stress disorder, mental health and his journey in health and safety. Allister is a highly decorated former Police Officer with 15 years lived experience and set up Hatikvah: Blue Hope Foundation to help Police with their mental health challenges and to prevent more Officers taking their lives as a result of post traumatic stress disorder and depression. Their vision is to safeguard the rights, health and safety of the Blue Whanau (family). Allister is an inspiration and I hope businesses and individuals help support this organisation that supports those who are always there for us.
