Some folks out there (myself included) are information junkies. In 2021, everyone is deeply immersed in the "Information Age" to the point where we are producing, and digesting, so much data/content on a daily basis that it can be overwhelming.
Many SMBs are looking for ways to use the data they work with on a daily basis to make more informed decisions, that lead to more revenue and success. The questions become: Are the looking at the right data? In the right place? For the right reasons? In the right context? At the right time? And so on, and so forth...
We are joined by Jonathan Colavita, Head of U.S. Sales for Parlametric. Parlametric is a Sweden-based, natural data partner for companies that want to deeply understand how their brand, products, campaigns, competitors, employees or general trends are perceived and discussed.
Jon discusses the value of Narrative Analytics (more People & Story-Based Data interpretation) over Metrics-Driven Analytics (more Product & Structure-Based Data interpretation), to help SMBs work smarter in the pursuit of their goals.
