Denise explains there is a mass amount of free content that LivingHealthyList.com offers from blog posts to videos, and they collaborate with all sorts of people to help grow their brand, as she describes this as a method to get information to people as we are all looking for education on topics such as health and wellness. Denise says people usually waste their time by looking at random websites and trying to find ways to get fit, as these processes don't usually work for their bodies. At LivingHealthyList.com the reader can talk to the experts and find a way to get to their desired goal the way that suits their bodies, and this is all a journey - she explains that you can’t get to any desired goal overnight it is always a process.
Segment 3Denise explains that she has seen many stories that are crazy, interesting, and empowering - when it comes to health and wellness, there are so many different components from exercise to allergies. Denise says that there is so much information people can’t make out what's right and wrong and that drives them crazy. Denise describes several older people who came to LivingHealthyList.com to ask basic health and wellness questions that are very important - what is interesting about all this is that older people are adapting to new ways to get healthy, as the way it used to be done is either different or does not exist. Denise explains that weight is a huge problem in the United States as obesity is becoming the norm, as being overweight brings on heart disease, diabetes, and so many more health risks. Steven explains that he has always been interested in eating healthy but is also a major fan of eating all sorts of foods from all sorts of cuisines - Denise explains that people don't have to stop eating food to get healthy, as the experts at LivingHealthyList.com helps you find that perfect balance where you don't completely give up the food your body has come to love.
Segment 4When asked about how to make an impact on Monday morning, Denise replies by singing to enjoy the weekend. She explains that on Monday it is very important to get back on track and be motivated to finish that week's goal. Denise gives several tips on how changing small parts of your life can have a major impact on the overall portion of your life, she explains that packing your own lunch and eating real food is so beneficial to your health and wellness. Denise explains that there are programs that help you make your lunch or prepare your meals, however, bars and shakes are not meals or real food.
