Seabaugh is Shreveport’s Louisiana State Shreveport to the Louisiana Legislature. He has said “It’s affecting churches, it’s affecting businesses, and quite frankly it has gone on long enough.”

Mayor Perkins wants to create an “environmental court” for Shreveport where people could file complaints against neighbors and others for failing to take care of their property. While that may have merit in helping to clean up Shreveport, why is Mayor Perkins not proposing to put this position as the Environmental Court out for competitive consideration for employment. Instead, it looks like he has already decided to give it to Shante’ Wells, one of the city’s official bond attorneys with the law firm of Washington and Wells.

It is a newly freed slave starting to stand up. The statue was paid for entirely by donations from the first wages of freed slaves.

Tesla assembles 100% of its vehicles here in America, followed by Ford (79.9%), Honda, Fiat-Chrysler, and Subaru. The University of California System did a study of why minorities were not equally represented in their schools, compared to the population as a whole, thinking the problem was the ACT and SAT entrance exams. Stephen Parr and Louis Avallone discuss the study’s results, which explains the single biggest factor is because those minorities did not take the appropriate college preparatory high school courses to be eligible to attend California Colleges.

Dr. Theodis Lamar Goree, Superintendent of Caddo Parish Public Schools, thinks he should build the school schedules around the development, testing, and approval of a Coronavirus vaccine. Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr see several problems with this idea. First, we do not yet have a Coronavirus vaccine. Furthermore, the CDC says only half of all children receive the regular flu vaccine each year. Can Dr. Goree legally force every student, parent, teacher ,or other school employee to take a brand new vaccine?
