We've experienced a shift in the last few days. The chickens are getting restless.
As we poke our heads out of our houses here in LA, we're seeing more and more people out walking and driving around. Humans are active social creatures. We can only handle so much time cooped up before we gotta get out and move around.
Not to mention the majority of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. So they can't hold up through weeks and weeks without an income.
As of this week, 22 million Americans have filed for unemployment. And the federal government's small business loan program just ran out of money. That's $349 billion blown in less than two weeks.
In other words, it's time to open up our society again.
But the problem is, most Americans aren't suffering just because of the shutdown. They were already in a bad financial spot, and just sending them back to work won't fix everything. Because they don't know how to attract money. They just know how to spend it.
All the major retailers know it. In fact, Costco dropped the price of an 80" flat-screen Samsung TV to exactly $1200, and it sold out already.
99% of the population are buyers. They only know how to spend money. They don't know how to attract it. Only 1% know how to attract money.
Yet the irony is, the 1% who know how to attract money are net buyers of other people's time. And the 99% who only know how to spend money are net sellers of their time to others.
The economy will open up, and people will go back to work. The stock market will take off again. But the financial condition of most Americans will only continue to deteriorate. So we're gonna keep spreading this message.
