Our story today begins with the nomination and hearing process of Judge Amy Coney Barrett, and the significance it may have on the Supreme Court. I will then explain the role of the Supreme Court and how she fits its role. Last week, the Senate committee presented four days of questioning hearings based on the credibility of ACB. There were clear differences amongst both parties, some Senators questioned her views on past cases, some asked her hypotheticals cases, others used their time to criticize their colleagues from the opposing party.

During the hearings, they were quite contentious between the Senators when they questioned ACB.
