We are proud to present  an additional podcast series featuring the Next Gen Multisport Athletes. 

We wanted  to extend our insight into what it takes to try and qualify and become an  agegroup multisport athlete, so we gave shout out to our audience and we have three athletes with different backgrounds, looking to qualify for GB at different Multisport events and distances.

the Idea is for our Next Gen athletes to make an audio diary each week  about how their training is going some topics to we have asked them to think about are :

The  type of sessions they are doing throughout the week for swim bike run transition

What their diet consists of ?

What supplements do they use ?

What Recovery methods your using?

What equipment do they use and why?

High and low points 

Good and bad things that are happening 

So Our  Three athletes looking to try to qualify to represent their Country are:

Rosalind Davies Jones who is looking to qualify in the Aquathon Multisport. 

Aaron Dawson who is looking to qualify in the sprint Duathlon. Having  already qualified we thought it would be cool to follow Aaron’s preparations for both his first race for GB and his qualification for next season. 

Will Cunningham who is looking to qualify for the middle distance but also has a main goal of beating his full distance time this year at Bolton.
