Aiden took the bold step into entrepreneurship in mid 2020 , in the height of the COVID19 pandemic. He started Loaf cakes, based in Manchester and hasn't looked back since. 

The business now provides cakes for wholesale, retail and events through Manchester and has an impressive following online.  The business is  primarily ran through the Loaf social media accounts and Aiden has shown a superb aptitude towards online marketing and brand strategy.

Andy started his bakery business mid-2020, mid-pandemic. What started as a community baking project to feed his neighbours on the street where he lives, has now turned into a thriving bakehouse which supplies some of Liverpool's most popular independent restaurants.

Jon is an ex-professional sportsman now turned hospitality operator. He spent nearly two decades playing professional rugby league, mostly for Saint Helens but also captained his country in international tournaments. 

In 2014 Jon co-founded Pot Kettle Black. Based in manchester. Self described as  'antipodean coffee culture with a northern accident' the brand offers speciality coffee, great food and a relaxed environment.

Coffi is a new coffee shop soon to be opening in Liverpool City Centre. Set up by Michael and Nat, who are both advocates for amazing coffee, it will offer speciality coffee roasts in a beautiful old building.

Kate is the Owner and Operator of Free State Kitchen, a restaurant in Liverpool City Centre which specialises in fantastic burgers, beers and cocktails. 

Kate and her husband, Gary, opened the business eight years ago and have since played a big part in introducing 'burger culture' to Liverpool and the region.

Ben and Tom are half of the four friends who recently launched The Liverpool Arts Bar on Hope St in Liverpool City Centre. 

The four friends are creatives by nature, who have launched this space to bring the creative community in Liverpool together and give them a platform to showcase their work - whether that's music, dance, poetry or podcasts!
